Even though most of the key events against or about which majority of the articles within
this package talk, have come and gone, the essence of our relentless effort to ensure that
these packages still reach you, their originally intended destination since been put
together in 2017, can be explained as follows:
1. Yes, most of the physical events highlighted by our work have come and gone, but the
burning issues within them still remain active like fresh, deadly wounds on a people’s
bodies. For these issues have badly affected us for the past 195 years now, and they
still stand ready to increasingly embarrass us full force, for the rest of our national
sojourn, unless we ask God for courage to do something more drastic and remedial
about them right now.
2. The physical events discussed within a good number of the articles enclosed here may
have come and gone; yes, but again, we want the issues flagged within these articles
to form the very foundation of our Revolution’s engagements with you henceforth.
We want history to judge us for championing the CAUSE of getting all these
arguments to you as organic as they are, for our collective action upon them, so as to
save ourselves, our country, and our one world.
3. According to some recent US State Department report, the subject of this work,
“Liberia”, is so impoverished and unsophisticated to the point that access to the
Internet is still a huge problem, with SADLY more than 95% of this country’s
population still LACKING access to the Internet in this day and age. Ever since the
completion of these huge revolutionary communication packages intended for ALL
fellow citizens first, we have been finding ways to dispatch them through electronic
means, most economically and otherwise preferably, including use of the email, but
more than two months on, we have only been able to succeed at dispatching less than
30% of them, with sadly another 99% uncertainty as to whether these 30% will even
be read. We still feel badly indebted and obligated to those without email addresses
that we haven’t served yet, and those whose email addresses we didn’t get from the
onset, and that’s why this latest effort to reach many more, both domestically and
outside.

2. 4. Writing huge communications that explain our country’s perennial problems in clear
details, and dispatching them to recipients, our beloved citizens first, then to all of our
well-wishers and other stakeholders both within and outside of this country next, in
such a revolutionary fashion, is in line with our Collective Action Approach, no
matter the age of the issues under discussion; and this Approach is a stronghold of our
Plain Truth Revolution.
5. Our determination to attach continuous, unbending importance to issues embedded
within the recent past national events, like for example, the past Americo-Liberian
2017 so-called political elections and inauguration etc., not taking them to be belated,
as people normally take things in this country, but rather still considering them as
issues that deserve our unqualified attention if we truly need change in this place, God
willing etc., demonstrates our strong resolve to use mighty History as that final, more
powerful tool, next to Love, to be employed in bringing ultimate change and relief to
ourselves and our country once and for all.
6. We highly likely, would love to forward this particular batch of communications to
you as reminders at regular intervals, depending on how the issues championed within
them are being considered or addressed by this society – sometimes probably adding
slight updates here and there to match the changing times. For we remain very
resolved that the key issues argued herein MUST form the foundation bricks and
cornerstones for the new country that we desperately seek to establish as a possible
replacement of dirty, old, failed, and bloody “Liberia” by the grace of God. So please
don’t get inconvenienced or embarrassed by seeing this package, especially in huge
brown envelopes from us regularly. For it is well-intentioned for our common good in
the end, God willing etc. and etc.
With just these 6 justifications, as we have them countless, we are sure that: instead of
unfairly considering this work, or the issues enclosed herein to be stale, belated, or
outdated, you will rather attach more patriotic and ‘humanity-first’ importance to every
article provided here in an effort to put you in the right frame of mind for the next and
final ALTERNATIVE that is now sweeping across our land (“Liberia”), an
ALTERNATIVE which is now poised to take all of us (in this place) to our final,
befitting destination, as a people, by the grace of God. We hope, as such, that you will
appreciate this courageous effort of ours.
Finally, because our Revolution, just like all other revolutions across this world must
capitalize upon, or leverage the fever of small civic actions to propagate its huge
messages etc., in continuation of our many public actions since we were initially
[launched] on Monday, April 22, 2013, the Plain Truth Revolution is again, by the grace

3. of God, on the edge of taking another huge peaceful civic action this April or early May
2018, still in radical pursuit of redress to its very contentious foundation case, meaning
the case involving its vision bearing family and the Liberia Petroleum [Refining]
Company, if the current path that we are treading with LPRC for redress to the UNJUST
treatment of our vanguard African Kartees’ family, and thus the Plain Truth Revolution
by extension, is not respected or adhered to. And as you will discover all through this
intellectual engagement, we have decided to accord a game changer status to this badly
UNFAIR or UNJUST treatment of the Kartees’ family mentioned above because of how
this treatment in question completely epitomizes the everyday plight of almost all Native
Africans in this country since 1822.
We therefore encourage every interested person across our globe to please grant keen
attention to these new emancipation efforts and developments in West Africa.

After five (5) solid years of researching the 195 year Horror tale of Liberia as part of a
revolutionary search for redress that we fortunately embarked upon in response to some
personal ordeal with this country’s excessive INJUSTICE in 2013, as appreciatively
explained in some elements of this package, we like to politely divulge to you, through
this medium, some of the basic findings from this massive research work, which we are
now confident, can direct and influence our true drive for final independence in this
country, God willing. Based upon our conviction that this personal ordeal of ours at the
so-called Liberia Petroleum [Refining] Company, including all of its narratives, does
strongly represent every vice or evil holding this society down for all these 190+ years of
our somewhat formal existence as a people, the essence of this engagement with you,
beginning with this very cover letter, is to first of all acquaint ourselves with you, then
before going ahead, as mentioned above, to unveil a little portion of our huge research
findings about this place (“Liberia”), this place that belongs to all of us equally etc., and
then finally, to solicit your input into the kind of solution approaches that our small civic
group – the Plain Truth Revolution, an offshoot or product of this 5-year long research
effort too – has now been able to proudly adopt for trying to solve the seemingly
unsolvable problems of this country by the grace of God.
But before you begin your reading experience however, we would appreciate were you to
please go through these key introductory notes to put you into the right frame of mind for
the sort of issues addressed in this package; and here we go:
1. While the main communication in this package delves entirely into our country’s big
issues, and the kinds of solution options that we must apply to them now, by God’s
grace, the first few paragraphs in this cover letter lay emphasis on some personal
experience of the vision-bearing family of the little civic group that is trying to
champion this revolutionary cause, by the grace of God (i.e. the experience mentioned
in the first paragraph above) and such emphasis, we like to clarify here, is not in any
way intended for personal aggrandizement, but rather to enable you to do the
following things, first off, before continuing your revolutionary reading experience:
a. To help you discover and appreciate how all these ideas came about; or, to help you
discover and appreciate the origin of our Plain Truth Revolution so that we all can
establish, or remind ourselves, if we already know, how everything big, or everything
imaginable in this life, does start off with just single individuals. For we believe that

5. this kind of narrative too will encourage each of us individual citizens in this place, or
well-wishers, never to overlook ourselves that real change can start with any one of us
at any time, God willing.
b. To help you discover for yourself how excessive injustice can truly lead to ultimate
independence, as in the words of the French writer Francois Marie Arouet, A.K.A.
Voltaire
c. To help you bear witness with the Greek Philosopher Plato, when he says, “Excess [in
anything for that matter] generally causes reaction, and produces change in the
opposite direction, whether it be in the seasons, or in individuals, or in governments.”
d. For you to know that the radical pursuit of this seemingly personal case, which is still
ongoing, as we speak, is also part of our revolution, as we turned this case over to our
country ever since January 2013, when the raw deal in it was meted out to our family,
while looking up to this case to be that right springboard for final change, or that ideal
launch pad for the final independence struggle for our land, God willing. But its
pursuit has have to be suspended a few months for us to more forcefully push the
Anti-Americo-Liberian Election piece of our revolution, a much bigger national goal,
which has been at the heart of our revolutionary debates all along.
2. While we honestly planned initially that these communications got out before the 10th
of October 2017, the many handicaps of our society, and most importantly, for God’s
best reasons however, they did not. The actual story notwithstanding is that the whole
idea of doing this kind of massive communication to numerous, if not all of the
national stakeholders in this country’s affairs at once, including the process of starting
to scribble down what the key arguments in such revolutionary communications
would be, as such, was hatched in August this year, and the first draft took its actual
form the next month, on September 11, 2017, a date which we vowed to maintain on
these letters earlier, with a firm determination that all of them would get dispatched
before October 10, 2017, although again, this projected date for dispatch was just not
possible. But fortunately, and on the one hand, our country still stands, while rather on
the other hand, even though on a sad note, the bad conditions before October 10, 2017
are still the same, and will even worsen by the day if we fail to make the necessary
civic and national adjustments, as demanded by this Revolution, and we instead, keep
‘STUPIDLY’ casting ballots. In fact, as we speak, the current stalemate within the
Americo-Liberian ensuing criminal electoral process, as it has always been criminal,
also adds impetus to this binding civic and spiritual obligation of ours to spread these
great, strange revolutionary messages, as the writings on the wall keep proving that
God is about to actively intervene into this country’s terrible problems. That’s why
our Plain Truth Revolution has mustered the courage to just edit these

6. communications a bit more, and then finally send them out, no matter how much time
has passed, as we are now doing, by God’s power.
3. Our Plain Truth Revolution is a REVOLUTION OF DETAILS. We believe that
every group of people, or every country for that matter, MUST first live through their
‘Age of Details’ before ever progressing to their Age of Summary, an age which our
revolution normally breaks down into what we call the ‘Elevator Pitch Age’, that
must precede the current global age, which we also call, the ‘Twit Pitch Age.’, as in
Twitter. This funny home of ours (“Liberia”) hasn’t even lived its ‘Age of Details’
yet, ‘much less’ to talk about its Age of Summary. For example the 18th
to 19th
century
academician and clergy, Reverend Thomas Robert Malthus, in giving title to the 4th
edition of his Population Economics book in 1824 called it, “An Essay On The
Principle Of Population, Or, A View Of Its Past And Present Effects On Human
Happiness; With An Inquiry Into Our Prospects Respecting The Future Removal
Or Migration Of The Evils Which It Occasions”. This book has a huge impact on
today’s economic realities. No one during Rev. Malthus’ days ever considered this
topic as stupid, as the essence of its length, just like in many writings during those
days, and even now, was to clarify concepts as much as possible. This is a stage (i.e. a
stage of details, or an age of details) that MUST be lived through, if we are to ever
make any progress. In addition, because we love our country so much, including all of
its human beings, every detail about our country and its human beings (from the one
day old fetus, to the over 100 year old Grand Ma) matters so dearly to us. Further,
because we are in this battle to fight the Devil and its deceitful theories that are
currently wrecking our lives, and ravishing our future, the details matter to us very
dearly because, as the common saying goes, “the Devil hides itself right within the
details.” Therefore, every article of our Revolution, ranging from the wordings on
protest placards, or posters, to our flyers, brochures, and pamphlets, including this
very cover letter, and the main communication enclosed here, require your quality
time, and is not intended for mere skimming through, or glancing at.
4. One essence of this massive writing, voice recording, and the huge blame casting in
our work is to trigger some huge, constructive crisis of theoretical and intellectual
debates and disagreements – both at the national and international levels, that will
force an ultimate and urgent national round table, God willing.
5. Most similar to the immediate point above, because of the deepness, complexity, and
danger of our country’s problems, we establish that we need to more aggressively
apply the concepts of education or book, in handling these troubles that no one else
can handle for us. The extra-mile strain placed upon us, as a result of this reality,
makes us appreciate President John F. Kennedy a whole lot when he says,
“Conformity is a jailer of progress, and the enemy of growth.” Based on this harsh
reality, we have come to the realization that without some constructive deviation from

7. what is considered by many as the norm, or as formality, or as convention etc., we
will never experience anything called change in this place. As such, you will discover
for yourself that our topics, titles, captions etc., are much longer than normal, so as to
ensure that all these strong, timely, and strange messages of ours, are made clearer
even from their very beginning, by God’s power. For something keeps telling us that,
by always thinking, that our sentences should be restricted to one or two lines; our
cover letters must be limited to only single pages; our main letters must never exceed
3 pages; our pamphlets must stop at 15-20 pages, and the likes, is another form of
laziness that is making nothing to change in our country; because, when others have
burning issues elsewhere, they do muster the courage to span far, far above traditional
formalities, especially when they are not speaking ordinary business, but
revolutionary or lifesaving matters, as this very cover letter and its enclosed
communication do demonstrate. So please brace yourself for some interesting,
innovatory reading.
6. At the close of the day, we are so eager to make sure that we send out these messages,
as strangely as they are, or as strangely as our approach may seem, or as lately as they
may appear to be going out etc. because we are feeling afraid that, not only are we
responsible, or are to be held accountable for the things that we do, as human beings,
as citizens, as patriots etc., but that we will, or are to also be held responsible or
accountable for what we could have done, but did not do, either owing to fear,
selfishness, or other emotions. The punishment for such inaction is so huge, as: while
God is holding us responsible and punishing us on the one hand, the harsh pages of
history will be holding us responsible for damages to our future generations on the
other hand. We don’t want to be caught up into this kind of trap, and we equally don’t
want fellow compatriots to be, that’s why all this great effort to make these very
lifesaving messages spread like wildfire by God’s power.
7. We believe that God will soon strike this place hard through any of His several
formulas again, owing to both our lack of genuine faith in Him, and then our
collective stupidities, that have become so glaring and indisputable, and which
continue to disgrace us day by day, as a people, while sleepwalking us to ultimate
disaster.
8. We need real, solid change in this country, and every 1 million miles must begin with
some simple, one step. For us, since no one knows exactly by whom, where, how, and
when will that particular, true one step be taken, we have asked God so that this be,
that particular, one, true step, to our country’s 1 million miles to actual independence,
and all of its many dividends, including the much talked about peace and
reconciliation, stability, and economic prosperity etc.

8. 9. The great German-Swiss-American Albert Einstein did say that if we really want
change, then our tolerance must go beyond provisions of law on our books. If what he
has said here is true, which we are confident is true, then there’s a big challenge out
there now to Liberia and her government vis a vis our Plain Truth Revolution whose
arguments defend a 99.9% of our population’s interests. Everybody in this country,
including those holding the biggest political positions and wielding the biggest power
and influence in this society knows that the GOL has been insulting, and continues to
insult us in the face, unchallenged, in this country; and so, if we have reached a point
that all the down-trodden masses of this place, through the Plain Truth Revolution,
have decided to constructively fight back, but breaking the mold of always
sugarcoating and mincing words, to rather deciding to use the harsh, healing truth, and
you, or people in government consider this to be insulting, then you, or they still, are
under obligation to observe what Mr. Einstein has said above if we really want lasting
positive change to happen here for all of us in the end, by God’s grace.
Thanks for going through this long prelude that gives you some of the basic principles,
views, and modus operandi of our Plain Truth Revolution, and welcome on board the
reading of your actual cover letter.
In this package, apart from this cover letter and our main 14-page communication
addressed directly to you, there are four separate sets of documents, bounded with paper
clips or staples, for those whom we are addressing through hard copies, or labeled in a
special way for easy identification and attached electronically for those whom we are
addressing electronically, for your convenience, which include:
a) Our Revolution’s Anti-2017 Americo-Liberian Elections Materials (5 big flyers + 1
extensive, 22-page revolutionary warning message against standing on line to vote in

and the wickedness that characterize its overall civic theory, leaving you with an

documents relating to the now 5-year running administrative and revolutionary search
for redress by Employee Roland Kartee against Employer, Liberia Petroleum

e) A 20-page article we call our guide, i.e. Plain Truth Revolution Guide 2, which
provides some kind of narrative or walkthrough for all of the various civic actions that
we have been taking thus far under the auspices of the Plain Truth Revolution in
pursuit of some genuine redress to this raw deal, this proud springboard of our
Revolution, ranging from actions taken at the family-level, to those taken at the
national level, or with bigger national agendas. Of course, this last one is labeled Set

Dear Mr. Stavenhagen:
Hello from the Grain Coast (“Liberia”).
First of all, kindly accept our heart-felt thanks and appreciation to the United Nations for
creating this position in April 2001 to exclusively handle issues pertaining to us,
indigenous peoples worldwide, and then for preferring you as the first and only
rapporteur thus far.
Please consider this effort from us as first and foremost a way of formally introducing
ourselves to you. We are the Plain Truth Revolution, a small group of God-fearing and
conscious indigenous people of this West African territory, the Grain Coast “Liberia”,
who have now been blessed by God, to muster the courage, count on our unbending faith
in Him, to launch a process for the final liberation of our country from the deadly
imperialist claws of the United States of America, and the indescribable mischiefs of their
surrogates here, called the Americo-Liberians, descendants of a systematically rounded
up breed of criminal Blacks sent here by some of the revered founding fathers of United
States, a very criminal breed of Black Americans that work along with a few contracted
indigenous people of this country, in one big white-collar terrorist organization called the
Government of Liberia, endeavoring every day, since 1822, to hold our vast God-given
talents, potentials, and in short, our entire destiny down forever, just for their personal,
capitalistic greed and gains.
Based upon our strong conviction that change does NOT require a million persons to
start, and not even multiple persons etc., but instead, just one individual or one family,
and our belief in such inspirational quotations as these three, which include: (a) “Anyone
can make a difference for their country, and so everyone should try.” – President John
F. Kennedy; (b) “The cynic says, one man can’t do anything, but I say, only one man can
do anything.” - John W. Garner; and (c) “Empty pockets never hold anyone back, [but
rather], it is empty heads and empty hearts that can do so.” –Rev. Norman Vincent
Peale etc., our family, the Kartees, decided to use its biggest ordeal with Americo-

12. Liberian INJUSTICE at the hands of their local Liberia Petroleum [Refining] Company
(or LPRC, a company with a fake name here in Monrovia, just as the country’s name
itself, “Liberia”, has now been established by us to be fake), to build a national, and yea,
a regional and international case that would eventually lead to the final liberation and
independence of our beautiful, but “criminally-arm-robbed-and-turned-into-a-piece-of
Hell-by-America” homeland, the Grain Coast, by the grace of God. Note that we, the
Kartees, are from a little farm settlement that we ourselves have named Karteesville (part
of a bigger village called Lontuo), in Nimba County, close to the Cavalla River, in North
Eastern “Liberia”, and bordering La Cote d’Ivoire.
If we were asked to give a twit pitch summary of our now 5-year research work into the
200 year- horror tale of this Black American colony called Liberia, with details from this
work spanning over 1,000 pages of fully summed up literature, including 11
revolutionary pamphlets, 7 great revolutionary summaries, over 11 voice recorded files in
both .mp3 and .wmv formats etc., all of which are fully listed and briefly discussed in
some menu fashion in our Plain Truth Revolution Guide 3, found at https://is.gd/b55WB5

“America did intentionally ‘mistakenly’ established Liberia as a criminal haven for her
troublesome, unproductive Blacks, to the clear detriment of us, the proper owners of this

product of this mistake, colonial Liberia”, till Heaven and Earth pass away.” And since
this is a criminal enterprise already, we have discovered that sustained LIE is the key tool
used to propagate everything here, from private life to the running of government, and
even the running of many religious places of worship, to a sadly huge extent.
To combat this nightmare, therefore, our little family has established the Plain Truth
Revolution to bring on board like-minded individuals to begin a constructive, peaceful
fight for independence, using only pens, arguments and civic actions against this
superpower, the United States, for our ultimate independence, and the overthrow of these
great LIES in our society, which are most often perpetrated under the guise of making
mistakes and committing procedural errors that can NEVER be corrected, even if
acknowledged.
Since it is always a good thing to provide proofs as we make big claims, let’s just provide
you here the 4 greatest LIES constituting the 4 cornerstones that began mischievous
Liberia’s foundation before we proceed with other substantives in this communication,
since it is our goal now to immediately overthrow this two century-old Liberia for God’s
children to now begin breathing some sigh of relief in this place once and for all. As

13. the Former Slaves that Rule(d) it, (7) Liberia: America’s Step Child, (8) This is our
Dark Country: The [Black] American Settlers of Liberia etc. and etc., the 4 Great Lies
that laid Liberia’s foundation, which continue to be firmly sustained by the United States
and her Americo-Liberians in different respects to date, and which you will find out
adequately as you engage with us henceforth, are as follows:
A. LIE #1: Poisonously influential, or mischievously influential and criminal Black
freed slaves, when systematically weeded out of the American Society, and dumped
forcibly – if that’s what it takes – on some spot on the African continent, can form a
state by themselves, and then begin to ‘Christianize’ and ‘Civilize’ the whole
continent of Africa from this spot (today’s “Liberia”).
B. LIE #2: American Colonization Society (ACS) Agent Eli Ayres and US Naval
Lieutenant Robert Field Stockton had lied to our tribal forefathers that they were
settling their hardcore criminal Black freed slaves, the occupants of their Elizabeth the
Mayflower, the Nautilus, the Hariet etc. on our Cape Mesurado for a while, to trace
their rightful locations on the African continent before taking them to their final
destinations, since it will be totally stupid to rationalize that all those troublesome
Black freed slaves systematically rounded up from the American Society did come
from this particular Western spot only, on the African continent.
C. LIE #3: Again, ACS Agent, Surgeon Dr. Eli Ayres and US Naval Lieutenant Robert
Field Stockton of New Jersey, after pointing pistol at our tribal forefather’s head to
surrender our land, Cape Mesurado, went further, as part of some professedly formal
deal for this land, drawn out of coercion, to promise our people some unspecified sum
of money, to be brought later for this land, after insultingly giving our people some
smoke fish, salt, old shoes etc. from their ships, as so-called part payment for this
land. The promised cash payment, to be brought later to our ALWAYS badly cheated,
defenseless, and choiceless tribal forefathers, became a great LIE in the end
D. LIE #4: The criminal Black Americans had claimed to the whole world, a claim that
they their masters, the United States, still defend in many respects to this date, as
demonstrated in the name, symbols, emblems, and holidays of this place, that: when
they arrived here on January 7, 1822, they NEVER met any human beings, but rather,
all that they met was a vast wilderness, inhabited to some extent by wild beasts or
savages, that they began to transform bit by bit into human beings etc.
Being the commanders in this peaceful, civic warfare against GREAT LIES, and by
extension against Liberia, since Liberia equates to LIE; and, as commanders, who are
supposed to take the first steps based on our convictions, convictions which too are
normally organic when they derive from personal experiences first etc. and etc., we have
been going on the offensive, as a family, against the US, by constructively engaging their
Monrovia Embassy to intervene into this now 5-year case of LPRC’s gross INJUSTICE
against our defenseless family, as mentioned earlier on. Again, as commanders in this

14. peaceful battle against GREAT LIES, this seemingly personal case means so much to our
country, as it adequately epitomizes the level of ubiquitous INJUSTICE being faced here
by us, Native African elements, at the hands of the Americo-Liberians and all their
institutions, chiefly their Government of Liberia – a powerful reason for which, from its
inception in January 2013, this experience or case was turned into a good springboard for
our revolutionary and independence struggle, by the grace of God – as the cover letter
threw a little light upon. We will be glad were you to create some interest in this
revolutionary case of Roland Kartee v. LPRC, and to follow it keenly, as it is still being
pursued, although on some pause currently, while we handle other broader issues of our
revolution, as we are now doing with our fierce opposition against Americo-Liberia’s
fake elections, including these 2017 polls.
Having said that, in this glorious opportunity that we have now found to engage you, Mr.
Stavenhagen and the UN Family, we like to just formally draw your attention to this very
bloody, but sadly overlooked reality here, which is that: this 1822 civic arrangement
called Liberia, set up by the United States to be run by her Americo-Liberians through
their white-collar terrorist organization called the Government of Liberia, apart from it
being overwhelmingly illegitimate; that is, apart from Liberia being overwhelmingly
illegitimate, it is also a criminal mechanism designed by this ever-colluding duo (the US
and her Americo-Liberians) to wreak terrible havoc on the indigenous populations of this
West African Coast, since the Americans, according to very reliable historical sources,
arm-robbed this land from our tribal forefathers in December 1821 for such evil purpose.
After going through this document, or this formal complaint, we would appreciate were
the UN Indigenous People’s Offices, your working groups, and you, the Rapporteur, to
consider politely helping us – we mean, we ourselves – to file some formal legal
processes against the United States and the Americo-Liberians for some of the bloody,
but again, sadly overlooked points that we have listed below, each of which constitutes a
crime against humanity’s case by itself. We will also be glad if you were to further
consider working with our peaceful, indigenous revolutionary endeavor, the Plain Truth
Revolution, in other peaceful and civil indigenous efforts aimed at finally freeing our
people from this almost 200- year-old miserable captivity at the hands of the Americans,
since we don’t expect the UN to do all this big, dirty job for us. Our 8 arguments, each of
which constitutes a whole case by itself, are therefore as follows:
1. We want to take America to task legally for intentionally inflicting psychological,
economic, physical and other serious pains upon all of us from tribal African
backgrounds in this place since 1822. History, according to Wikipedia, for example
says that the ante-belleum South of America, where the American Colonization
Society (the mocking founder of Liberia, and the strange grantor of her so-called
independence) was established, and run from, till its bankruptcy, used four dangerous
adjectives to describe those targeted for the ACS Back to Africa Campaign, and these

15. 4 dangerous adjectives describing the Joneses, Johnsons, Andersons, and Lewis(es)’
etc. of Liberia, who are the rooted and unquestionable power wielders, societal front
runners, and movers and shakers of this place are: Morally Lax, Mentally Inferior,
Criminally Oriented, and Promoters of Mischief. With these kinds of deadly
descriptions established by the Americans themselves of these subjects of hers, to be
the sad qualifications for those to be deported to Africa through the American
Colonization Society’s “Send Them Back To Africa” Project, the great United States
still went ahead, and dumped such characters on our rich soil, in the name of these
people coming to “Christianize” and “Civilize” our home. All this is according to

sources.
2. We desperately want to see America answer questions for her mighty Congress’s
deliberate action of approving of, and in fact, of instructing their ACS to turn our
society into a very mischievous one well in advance, as it has now been since January
7, 1822. At the US Congress’ sitting of February 11, 1817, in their debate to respond to
an American Colonization Society’s communication calling on them (i.e. the US
Congress) to provide financial contributions to the ACS’ “Back to Africa” Project – a
project that became so pressing when criminal freed Blacks were now on the rampage
terrorizing the American society through different waves of mischievous activities (as we
mentioned in point A above), this is how Congress debated the issue at its concluding
point, to make room for the American Government’s first $100,000 contribution to the
ACS, to come later.
Referring to the targets of this American Colonization Society’s “Back to Africa”
campaign, Congress argued, “…..Hence, it seems manifest that these people [referring to
the Johnsons, the Bernards, the McClains, the Weeks, and the Joneses etc. of this place, and by
extension their descendants today,] cannot be colonized within the limits of the United States.
If they were not far distant, our rapidly extending settlements would soon reach them, and
the EVIL NOW FELT would be renewed, probably with aggravated mischief…..” (This
is according to the Niles’ Weekly Register, Vol. XII, No. 7, page 103, under the topic:
“Free People of Color, lower half of left column, to upper half of right column;
Saturday, April 12, 1817 edition, printed from Baltimore, Maryland, the USA.)
3. America, fully aware of the criminal and mischievous nature of the people that she
dumped here, has always stood by them to wreak havoc on our indigenous people in
different ways, including broad, brutal ways, and sometimes, in very subtle manners.
One glaring case in point is America’s clear record of standing by the side of her
Americo-Liberians to kill us, the indigenous people, massively each time, in mere
domestic quarrels. It started off with the November 1822 Crown Hill and Forte Hill
Battles, according to the Liberian History Up to 1847. It continued with their supply
of military style arms and ammunition to these people all through the 1820s using
such official US vessels as the Schooner Shark. The United States was active in
killing our indigenous tribal Africans during the pure domestic conflict 1893, also
referred to as the Grebo War, when troops from onboard the US Gunboat,

16. Gorronomah, were sent to Harper, Maryland County, ‘Liberia’, to fight and kill our
unsophisticated tribesmen on behalf of the Monrovia settler elite.

States diverted its USS Chester (Warship) to Africa (Liberia) when this ship was en
route from Turkey back home to America. USS Chester squashed this Kru uprising,
again, in favor of Monrovia. (“). In the 1876 Cape Palmas War, American Captain A.
A. Semmes used his gunboat, the USS Alaska, to carry Liberian President James S.
Payne to Cape Palmas for the settlement of this domestic war with the Greboes (1875-
1876) in favor of the Americo-Liberians etc. and etc. All these (both above, and most

4. Every major bloodletting crisis that has hit this country from 1822, coming on to the
Rice Riot of 1979, to the 1980 Bloody overthrow, to the 1985 bloody coup, to the 14
year civil crisis of 1989 to 2003, then to the Ebola Pandemic of 2014, and all of the
white-collar terrorism being inflicted against our huge Native population of this place
by the current Americo-Liberian leadership of Madam Ellen Johnson Sirleaf etc. have
all come from America one broad way, or another subtle way. Our revolution has
documented all this very well now as you will discover in every document attached
here. We will not rest, God willing, till we see ourselves taking America to task, with
your implored assistance legally, for these kinds of NASTY realities
5. All of the major natural resources of our country, ranging from the physical land, to
our gold, diamond, iron ore, and now precious natural oil, among others, have, and
continue to be massively looted here since the early 1900s by American Wall Street
actors in cohort with their contractors and surrogates here called Government, in the
name of concession deals. The pamphlet above, including many of our other articles
are replete with these accounts. We will be too glad were you to provide us any
possible assistance in helping us politely making America to answer to these claims.
6. The United States has sadly openly created the avenue for the real broad day selling
of indigenous human beings here like animals by her Americo-Liberians. It started
formally in 1857, according to the book, “In the Cause of the People, the Struggle
Continues”, written by a veteran Liberian Historian and academician, Prof. Dew
Mayson or Tuan Wleh. This crime against humanity now happens in different forms
today, ranging from the official 21st
century trafficking of our people here – as alluded
to in the regular US State Department’s Trafficking In Persons Report, and the use of
US-patented Ebola by the Liberian Government to gain profits from the bodies of our
people in the name of some pandemic. Our revolutionary pamphlet, “Based On Its

Big Criminal Gang, That Must Be Peacefully Dismantled Now, For A Better One,

https://is.gd/DyCnOh, as above, narrates some of these ever-ghastly tales. We believe

17. America must address itself to these claims before any soul rests here again by the
grace of God.
7. There are some elements of genocide in some major characteristics of the society that
has been set up here since 1822 by the Americo-Liberians, which the United States
owes us and world over some explanation about. For we believe that what is obtaining
in our country, with respect to a wide range of different cruel ways in which America
and her Americo-Liberians continue to treat us, the Natives, constitute elements of
genocide, and some other big crimes against humanity. For example, according to
Article 2 of the 1951 UN Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the
Crime of Genocide, genocide happens in several different ways including: (a)
causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of a group; (b) deliberately
inflicting on a group, conditions of life calculated to bring about that group’s
physical destruction in whole, or in part, and (c) forcibly transferring children of one
group to another group.
Now, with historical and empirical accounts so overwhelming about how the United
States and her Americo-Liberians are very guilty of definitions (a) and (b) above,
against the Natives of this land, let’s just draw attention to ‘definition (c)’ here, which
this duo will also be very guilty of. And the befitting argument for this ‘definition (c)’
of course, is that: since 1822, the Americo-Liberians have, and continue, to use
psychological force and other criminal influence, including duress, to make our tribal
people to change their parents’ name to American surnames before ever receiving
some “Live for Today” quality of education and some minimal quality standards of
living, or better still, before receiving some form of corrupt, preferential treatment
within this very dead society. Thus, some of our citizens have now lost their God-
given traditional surnames, and thereby causing their parents’ name to sadly disappear
from the surface of Planet Earth forever. For this is genocide in itself.
8. America openly encourages impunity and cruelty here by either killing or
undermining the efforts of good people, while aiding the abetting the cruelties of bad
people, once everything works against the interest of the vast indigenous majority,
which she considers nothing better than ‘chickens.’ Proofs abound in our works,
especially the pamphlet referenced in Point 3 above etc. and etc. We remain convicted
that we sadly will NEVER make it in this life; we will never be a peaceful and stable
society; our vast God-given talents and potentials will NEVER be unleashed here etc.,
until America addresses itself to these NASTY realities, for all of us to now sit and do
something about them. We truly need your help in our quest to seek redress for all
these, and many other sorrowful realities affecting us, which will come out by the
time everybody – i.e. all concerned stakeholders here – puts themselves in readiness
for handling these very crippling and deadly issues etc.
On an honest note, Mr. Stavenhagen, it takes no rocket science in this country to know
that the Americo-Liberians and their institution called the Government of Liberia here

18. combined, are a complete white-collar terrorist organization dehumanizing current
generations, and continuously showing ABSOLUTELY no regards for the sufferings of
past generations, while tearing apart the fetuses of future generations in their baby forms
so cruelly – all by the criminal, mischievous and myopic policies that they continue to
intentionally craft and implement against the vast indigenous populations of this country.
The UN really needs to intervene now to save our world.
Yes, we agree that Natives have joined and formed part of this criminal gang against
themselves for personal and sometimes squarely selfish gains, the stark and honest fact
remains that this gang does not belong to the Natives, and that the Natives were never a
part of this design. The aboriginals have just been psychologically, economically and
otherwise coerced and contracted by this gang against themselves mainly because of the
lack of other means to survive and experience some small light in their lives. So, while
Natives will now still take some small blame for this big Hell on Earth (i.e. Liberia) been
hatched here by the United States and sustained by their surrogates, the Americo-
Liberians, it is fair to recognize that the Natives are working out of some duress produced
through either economic, social, psychological, or physical coercion to join this criminal
bandwagon and survive, something that many Natives or Indigenous people here are in
fact very unconscious about however.
And come to think about it, who will really want to cast too much blame on the Native
man for this mess when all his effort in the past to contain these Americo-Liberians were
suppressed or crushed with bloody force from these miscreants, these Black Americans,
with sophisticated backings from the United States, as we tried to make mention of
above? So for long years now, a Native man is only as good as a partner in crime to the
Americo-Liberians and their institutions. And if you want to doubt how powerfully
criminal these Black Americans are, that Native resistance has been failing on them thus
far, then you must imagine how these people have been so criminally cunning to the
extent of succeeding at broadly entangling, confusing, mixing, and implicating the great
and objective people and government of the United States into their criminal schemes,
projects, and webs, as you will discover for yourself in some of our revolutionary works.
These people have been so powerfully cunning to the point of dragging even American
presidents into their Americo-Liberian mud of corruption, dishonesty, and other forms of
criminal maneuvers in this country on a daily basis. Americo-Liberians are truly
negatively powerful and mischievous; and as such, we now desperately need some UN
intervention to clear their deadly influence out of this place, not by ostracizing them, as
their masters, America, did in the early 19th
century, but by constructively getting them
out of leadership and out of the public space, and aggressively rehabilitating them, as our
revolution is now demanding through some legitimate transitional justice process, while
we, the original, undiluted owners of this country redesign our civic structures, theories,

19. and institutions, in an effort to make this place livable, decent, and comfortable for ALL
of mankind, including the very Americo-Liberians themselves, by the grace of God.
The systematic marginalization and suppression of the vast Native Population of this
place, which confirms Liberia’s illegitimacy, along with other structural factors, as we
will try to throw light on below, was ‘officially’ designed and inaugurated from the very
beginning of Liberia. Here we go with a few proofs, Mr. Stavenhagen, along with other
issues of illegitimacy:
1. The National Convention of June to July 1847 that professedly formalized Liberia’s
sovereignty and independence was unrepresentative, unfair, and criminal, and thus
making its offshoot, the Republic of Liberia, illegitimate. This National Convention
was attended only by the Johnsons, Grippons, McClains, and Tubmans, who represent
1 ethnic group, the 17th
questionable one for that matter, to the exclusion of the
Samukais, Zeangans, Kromahs, and Cherrues, who represent the 16 original African
ethnic groups, and the recognized owners of the land.
2. A statement in the Declaration of Independence, which also formed part of the
preamble of the First Constitution, which reigns supreme today in many respects,
reads that all the citizens of this country (‘Liberia’) are originally from the United
States of North America.
3. Liberia’s part of National symbols and emblems kill and insult all of the indigenous
people of this country, which constitute 99% of the population.
4. Prominent international individuals, authorities, and institutions also confirm this
bloody reality in their own ways. For example:
a) New York-based History Professor, Dr. James Ciment describes the Americo-
Liberian treatment of the Natives in this country as Liberia’s “Original Sin.”
(http://online.wsj.com...). He said that the Americo-Liberians have tried to recreate a
social order like the antebellum America’s South, setting themselves up as the master
class and the vast indigenous population as the slave class.
b) Dr. Charles Johnson of the League of Nations wrote, “Liberia [is] a nation conceived
solely as a haven for freed American Slaves at the detriment of the vast indigenous
majority (www.theperspective.org)
c) Sir John Simon of the British Foreign Service wrote on May 29, 1934 that it would
be a NEGLECT of the [West’s] duty to civilization if the misgovernment of the
Native tribes of Liberia [by the Americo-Liberians] was allowed to continue
(www.theperspective.org)
d) The League of Nations itself, your immediate predecessor, in its 1931 report on
Liberia concluded, “The Government of Liberia is systematically fostering a policy of

20. gross intimidation and suppression of the Native in order to prevent him from
asserting himself in any way whatsoever, for the benefit of the dominant and
colonizing race, although originally the same stock as themselves”
e) Prof. Dr. Ibrahim K. Sundiatta of the Brandeis University in Waltham,
Massachusetts, once warned in his analysis of Liberia’s fate, that it is only the idea of
a reform-minded, Western-educated Native Liberian leadership and Republic that will
provide the much-needed solution to this country’s problems. But he claimed the
international community unfortunately [keeps] opposing this idea [in favor of the so-
called Americo-Liberians]. ….” (www.theperspective.org) etc.
5. As more proofs of Liberia’s illegitimacy, all vis a vis the Natives, one way or the
other, let’s consider these additional two points:
a) The Truth & Reconciliation Commission’s July 2009 report categorically asserts that
Liberia faces a big LEGITIMACY CRISIS!!!!!.
b) Liberia’s Constitution is full of lies and all sorts of criminal provisions. Few of its lies
and criminal provisions can be found in such passages as Articles 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11,
20, most of 21, 26, 27(b), 97, and many more. In fact, this constitution does not
respect our people; it is a recipe for chaos, as alluded to even by the United Nations; it
promotes impunity; it promotes perversion of the law; it promotes selfishness; it was
used to kill and ‘rekill’ almost 1 million of our poor citizens through some senseless
war, and through the ever-corrupt Supreme Court of Liberia; it was used as a tool to
send more than 1 million of our citizens into exile, making them suffer and face
humiliating conditions and harsh fate including disgraceful deaths without befitting
burials outside of their home; it is being used to shield productive President Tolbert
and his officials’ killers forever; it was used to deny our people reparations after
criminals took advantage of its loopholes to set our people’s lives far back for scores
and decades; it has been used to perpetuate the sufferings of our people by
maintaining and sustaining a criminal gang in place called government, and to keep
bringing criminals to power to inflict more harm on our good people forever etc.
6. Even current opinion leaders and government officials of this present unproductive
order of things, as designed by our dull and cruel Americo-Liberians, do recognize the
illegitimacy of this place. For example:
a) Dr. Amos C. Sawyer, Head of Liberia’s Good Governance Commission –
summarizes the whole dangerously funny and sad Liberian story as saying, “The
idea of Liberia is flawed in conception, design, and implementation” (as
quoted by Mr. Jo Sullivan of the Cambridge Public Schools in Massachusetts, the
USA .
b) Mr. John S. Morlu, former Auditor General of Liberia –once said that in Liberia,
we have a kleptocracy (or one would say, a ‘rogue-cracy’ or ‘criminocracy’),

21. masquerading as a democracy. He then called on the Press Union of Liberia to
help break this rogue structure called Liberian democracy down, and not to help it
grow to born more babies of poverty, uncontrollable foreign exchange rates,
astronomical prices of goods/services, and sky-rocketing rate of unemployment
[all of which work assiduously against the vast Native majority of this country]

c) Mr. Nathaniel Barnes, Politician and former Liberian Ambassador to the
United Nations – argues that Liberia “dangerously does not have any institutions,
but instead, we just have personalities.” He says we are terribly not even a
reconciled people, and that we don’t have any common purpose, and any common
goal as a people. He continues that there’s an incredible lack of trust by Liberians
in their leaders and government generally, and that this lack of citizens’ trust is
JUSTIFIED!!!!!!!!(Farbric FM New Dawn, December 2, 2015)
d) Mr. Jonathan Paye Lay-Leh, a BBC Correspondent to Liberia says that the
behavior of Liberian leaders in dealing with the country’s resources, especially its
natural resources (iron ore, gold, diamond, oil etc.) makes him to wonder whether
leaders here have something at the back of their minds telling them that the
country is now coming to an end (Farbric FM New Dawn, October 20, 2015)
e) Mr. Isaac Redd, Director of Press & Public Affairs, House of Representatives,
Liberia – fed up with the status quo, Mr. Redd complains, with utmost disgust,
that in Liberia, the construction or rehabilitation of little stretches of substandard
one-lane roads is only determined by where the president goes. In his direct words,
“Our country just can’t go this way…we need to jumpstart everything all over
again….and we need real patriotic people to do this…..” (Farbric FM New Dawn,
November 12, 2015)
f) Dean Johnson, African Methodist Episcopal University, Monrovia says,
Liberia’s declaration of independence was imprudently thought out, and was
untimely…He continues, “we need a complete renaissance… we need a complete
rebirth…(Farbric FM New Dawn, March 16, 2015) etc.

23. Finally, even though our main complaint to your office are those found in points 1-7
above (i.e. pages 3-5, although unnumbered pages), we have included all the other links
here to help you and your staff fully understand the depth of the mess that we find
ourselves in here, and the magnitude of the crisis at hand for all of us to now contend
with, in order to save our world from a major altercation that could erupt from here if
quick, honest efforts are not made to save us from this defacto genocide that is being
perpetrated here by the Americo-Liberians with full backing from the United States
against the indigenous people of this country since 1822. And so, as you can see just from
the surface, there is a huge need now, Mr. Stavehengen, that you please rally the UN
Economic, Social and Cultural Committee or ECOSOC through its UN Permanent Forum
On Indigenous Issues and the Working Group on Indigenous Populations, on the basis
that the level of marginalization against indigenous and other groups in this country is
beyond human understanding, primarily, due to America’s vested interest in keeping it
so, and that the necessity for your intervention has become so overwhelming, while your
failure to do so now also poses so much threat to global peace.
