INTRODUCTION
 ‘Air Nira’ is the natural beverage.
 ‘Air Nira’ is usually made from coconut inflorescences extract.
 Virgin coconut would it allowed to become fruit, cut and sweet water
dripping from a cut brunches will be collected in a container, usually of
bamboo container.
 After the water will ferment until the sugar content in it turn in to
alcohol through fermantation process for a few day.
 ‘Air Nira’ coconut will be taken after a few day.
 Usually ‘Air Nira’ will be served at celebration such as wedding and so
on.
OBJECTIVE
