When reserving
equipment…
Students may reserve equipment for which they
have proper authorization for up to 72 hours on a
first come first serve basis. Only two active
reservations may be held at a time.

There are no walk-in checkouts on Fridays. To
pick up equipment on Friday for the weekend,
students must have a reservation made prior to
the same time the day before.
Equipment may be reserved up to 16 days in
advance, and they must be looked over and
approved by our staff before they can be picked
up.

Picking up and Returning…
Reservations will automatically be cancelled if
they are not picked up within 90 minutes of the
scheduled pick-up date and time. Equipment
must also be returned at minimum one hour
before our facilities close.

When picking up equipment, students will be
handed a contract which lists the equipment
being signed out and the pickup/return dates and
times. Students signing this contract must be
aware that it is legally binding.

Late and/or damaged equipment returns will be
penalized. Students who return equipment late
will have their Park Card revoked, as well as all
privileges associated with their card, for a
minimum of four days. Future reservations will
also be cancelled.

Patrons are issued a Park Card upon first checking
in with our facility, granting them privileges that will
allow them temporary access to certain equipment.
When Picking up equipment, patrons are to present
their validated Park Card and Student Identification.
Privileges associated with a student’s Park Card are
not transferrable and privileges will be revoked if
they are misused.

Equipment authorization is determined on a class by

specific course, they will be granted access to use
