This document provides instructions for importing multiple contacts into Microsoft Outlook from a zip archive in two ways. The first way allows importing all contacts at once by dragging and dropping the VCF files into Outlook contacts and clicking save and close for each one. The second way imports contacts one by one by opening the VCF files through the import option in Outlook.

1. 1- Open Outlook, then go on « contacts » section2- Drag & drop all the Vcard files present in the zip archive3- Confirmeach of your contacts by cliking on « Save & close »

2. 1-You willobtain a file called « neiio_book », then open Microsoft Outlook2-Unzip your file

3. 1-Go on « contacts »FIRST WAY: FOR A MASSIVE IMPORT

4. 2-Click for all of them on « Save & Close »3-A card for each of your contact willappear

5. 1-Go on « File »2-Select « open »3-Click on importsSECOND WAY: TO IMPORT CONTACT ONE BY ONE

6. 4-Choose « import a VCARD file »

7. 5-Select your VCF card
