same with connected services. The Peugeot Connect Apps and Citroën Multicity Connect service platforms,
for example, have been reinventing the driving experience since 2012, offering assistance, communication
and information.
These apps are paving the way for the next generation of connected services, this time aimed at optimising
customer mobility and offering a seamless user experience with more comfort, more services and more

Pour répondre à l’évolution des usages et des attentes des clients en matière de mobilité, PSA Peugeot Citroën s’attache à développer les solutions et technologies qui rendront les voitures de demain toujours plus intelligentes. Dès 2018, le Groupe proposera à ses clients des véhicules équipés de fonctions de conduite autonome « sous surveillance du conducteur », pour leur permettre de profiter de leur temps de parcours, en allégeant leur tâche de conduite dans les situations d’embouteillage sur voies rapides ou autoroute, ainsi qu’en manoeuvre de parking. Cette délégation de conduite permettra de sécuriser certaines phases de conduite particulièrement sujettes à l’inattention, et d’éviter ainsi la majeure partie des accidents liés à l’erreur humaine. La sureté de fonctionnement, au coeur du développement de nos technologies, est un élément clé pour assurer la sécurité en toutes circonstances. Dans une deuxième phase, des fonctions de conduite autonome permettront au conducteur de déléguer entièrement la conduite au véhicule lui-même, sans interaction de sa part, en toute sécurité afin qu’il puisse se consacrer à d’autres activités, rendant ainsi le temps de parcours plus agréable. Pour accompagner le conducteur dans sa délégation de conduite, PSA Peugeot Citroën conçoit des interfaces intuitives, simples et claires afin de lui permettre d’interagir aisément avec sa voiture et le laisser libre de reprendre la main à tout moment. Le véhicule autonome sera connecté à l’infrastructure et aux autres véhicules afin d’optimiser le temps de parcours, la consommation de carburant et d’anticiper les évènements routiers présentant un risque . Pionnier de l’appel d’urgence et d’assistance depuis 2003, PSA Peugeot Citroën est précurseur dans les services connectés.
