The trenches could were made of eneything sometimes
they would just dig a hole and put sticks to hold it.

Trenches were made
for the people to
protected/fight/stay/k
-eep safe and to sleep
in. It was so cold and a
hard life. They did not
like it there because
the ground was
muddy and they did
not eat food

The solders felt teribble in the trenches. It was a harder life if it rained
the trenches would of filled up with water
