Monkey Forest
Monkey Forest is also a temple
complex in Ubud.
The complex is full of over 500
monkeys. The entire area is
nature reserve in nature.
As you walk around and take
in the scenery as well as take
photo with the monkeys. You
can buy a banana to feed the
primates in the main entrance.
Uluwatu Beach Temple
Uluwatu is located is the most
famous sights in Bali. It stands
70 m tabove sea level.
The temple is on the side of
the cliff with waters below.
The temple is also known for
it’s monkey population and
you can catch a range of shows
such as Kecak Dance. Try to go
in the evening to catch the
sunset.
Ayung River
Ayung River is famous for it’s
exciting trip down the river on
a raft.
Bali has a huge range of water
sports and one of the most
exciting is rafting.
The river is covered with white
water rapids that makes it a
wild ride as we float down, we
can pass the little local villages
and forests.
Tanah Lot Temple
Tanah Lot Temple is probably
the most famous attractions in
Bali.
There’s a Hindu Temple that
sits on a large mountain. The
sea separated the rock from
the mainland, and at high tide
the rock will completely
surrounded making it the most
amazing sights in Indonesia.
Many people come at sunsets.
Bali Zoo
Bali Zoo is located in the
Gianyar Residence.
You can check out some
Southeast Asian animals here.
Such as tigers, rhinoceros,
elephants and range of colorful
birds.
You can visit either at day time
or the night safari which is
perfect if you want to see some
nocturnal animals.
Padang Bai
Padang Bai is located in the
east of Bali, and is most
famous for it’s diving.
There are 7 diving sites that
are easily reached by taking a
short boat trip from the shore.
You will find underwater
critters like the
octopus/seahorses. There’s a
good chance of seeing sharks,
turtles or coral gardens.
Treetop Adventure Park
Bali Treetop Adventure Park is
a playground surrounded in
lush forests.
This park has varying levels of
difficulty and for various ages,
there are even rides for kids as
young as 4 years old.
There are range of different
circuits in hightop trees and
flying foxes with breathtaking
views over the forests canopy.
Ulun Danu Temple
Ulun Danu Temple is located in
Bedugul, Bali.
Ulun Danu or Bratan Pura is a
water temple located in the
northwest edge of Lake
Bratan, which is important
lake for irrigation. The other
main water temple is Ulun
Danu Batur Temple.
This place is the most quietest
and most serene place on this
island.
Menjangan Island
Last but not least, Menjangan
island is located in the
Northwest of Bali.
It is more than worth it to visit
the Menjangan National
Marine Park. As well as
Trekking on the island is the
main reason to come here is
for the diving and you will find
coral reefs and colorful fishes.
There’s a good chance of
seeing crabs, rays, and
octopus.
