What is the trend?
Why is it so hard to operationally define?
A person’s concept of wellness will vary by who they are, what
they do, and what stage of life and employment they are in.
But in general you may offer wellness programs:
To control costs on your medical or pharmacy
To promote a culture (the wellness team)
Engage your population or “sell” the programs you offer
Simply as an ante or table stakes
