The Pd 308 has a lot open that is
roughly 50,000 sq. ft. In this lot the
proposal is to construct three
townhouses. The townhouses
would be 3540 sq. ft. and would
have views to the riverfront. The
facade would be Brick with an
exposed basement to the north.
There would be separate drives
with a two car garage for each
house.
