This document advertises a 3-week fall prevention series hosted by Touro Occupational and Physical Therapists. The series will be held on Mondays from November 28th to December 12th from 1:30-2:30 PM at Touro Infirmary. Each week will cover a different topic related to fall prevention, including facts about falls, identifying home hazards, safely moving about after a fall, and generating community mobility strategies. The goal is to educate older adults on how to stay on their feet and reduce their risk of falling.
