Torres del Paine is a national park located in southern Chile, 112 km north of Puerto Natales and 312 km north of Punta Arenas. The 2,400 km2 park, declared a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in 1978, is known for its spectacular mountain ranges, lakes, and wildlife and offers well-maintained hiking trails and mountain refuges. It is a popular international destination for eco-tourism and outdoor adventures.
