Edin Jagodic worked as a small arms repairman for Joel Snow from June 2011 to March 2012 through a subcontracting company. Mr. Jagodic worked hard and had an exceptional weapon repair approval rating of 98.9%. As an interpreter, he also led a team of Bosnian employees. Mr. Snow tried unsuccessfully to directly employ Mr. Jagodic due to his status as a foreign national. I supervised Mr. Edin Jagodic from June 2011-March 2012 He work for me as a Small Arms
repairmen as a Sub-Contractor of Al-Hokook I tried several times to get him employed
directly through Vectrus but to no avail this could not happen because of him being a
foreign national.
Edin worked very hard in our Armament Shop doing DS-GS maintenance on all types of
weapon systems to continue the fight for our US troops, He was key in his role his rejection
rate after repairs was unheard of with a 98.9% approval rate.
He was also an interpreter and team leader for his group of Bosnian employees working for
Al-Hokook many of the workers he leads did not speak or understand the English language
so in many ways he was invaluable in his roles.
Mr. Jagodic is a very professional employee he can work unsupervised and doesn’t start any
assignment until he is clear on the outcome. His maintenance abilities would be a valuable
