Inline Drive
Standard fractional head sizes from ¾” to 7¼” and 19mm to 185mm
hex nuts. Special sizes available.
Fast Head Exchange
Spring retaining clip allows for quick and simple changing of head sizes.
Multi-axis Porting System
The Torq/Lite IU-XL Series tools are the first and only system that allows the
swivels to be manually relocated from the top of the tool to the back of the tool
using only hand tools.
Drive Pin Design (Patented)

Anti-reverse Pawl
Holds rotational wind-up to maintain required torque.
Pawl Release
Releases the load from the drive gear if the tool gets “stuck” on the nut.
Reaction Member
48x48 reaction member is made for all SU-XL series models 11,000 ft.
lbs. or lower.

JN Series
Patented “Split-head” Design
The “split-head” itself or through use of a special made adapter/insert
can fit any size or type of Top Drive packing nut, OEM Jam Nut, hex, or any
other configuration.
Fast
The “split-head” can be placed around the wash pipe, piston rod, or any
other type of shaft, rod, pipe, or tube and on the hex nut adapter/insert in
less than one minute.
Safe
The JN series wrenches eliminate unsafe hammer wrenches, hydraulic jacks,
and other unsafe equipment currently used.
Functional
The JN series wrenches will work equally well in either Top Drive wash
pipe assemblies or compressor crosshead access ports. It will work
upside-down or sideways for both loosening and tightening.

Adjustable Reaction Arm
The adjustable reaction arm allows the HU Series to fit all registered
Hammer Union connections with only two different tool models.
Spring Head
The head features the same patented open-gate design as the JN Series,
but has a spring-latch feature that makes applying the tool very simple.
Interchangeable Jaws
The jaws inside the head clamp the application, and since they are
interchangeable, a user can get much more range out of one head.
Hands-free Operation
Once applied, the operator does not need to hold the tool in place. The
handle is available to use and hold safely if you choose.

Special reaction members are available for applications for which a

The Torq/Lite 1500 Bar system combines high load capacity with light-
weight tooling. They are engineered from high-strength steel alloys that
increase safety and tool life.
Sub-sea Tooling
These tools are fitted with composite material high pressure seals which
clip into place and require no adjustment.
Single and Multi-stage Tensioners
Torq/Lite has tensioners for close-clearance applications.
Power Consoles

Riser Tools

The RT Series combines a high-speed rundown motor with a high-output
cylinder, making the bolting process much quicker.
Capacity
The range for our riser tools goes up to 38,000 ft. lbs., with a RT-60 in
development with a capacity of nearly 60,000 ft./lbs.
Square Drive
The RT Series has a 2½” square drive and we stock all standard-sized sockets.
These sockets can be easily modified to fit particular applications.
