1. As part of my personal interests I find
theatre design incredibly interesting
as our school were hosting a
production of grease my art teacher
asked if anyone would be interested
in designing and painting a set as
part of a group we came up with a
suitable design looking in to the
1950s era for inspiration from this
we came up with this design the
design that works well with the
different scene changes .

2. Start of the development of the scene for
this we painted the main areas such as the
backdrop and also stairs and also the
checked floor we then went on to develop a
range of stencils by using a Tec soft design
tool so the laser cutter would work to out
exact measurement's .

3. Finished set
for the Rydell sign I sourced a appropriate
font and then went on to converting the
text in to Tec soft for it to be cut o the
laser cutter then we masked of areas to
create the effect we wanted on the
lettering and then mounted the lettering
on to bored using blocks to raze the
lettering and create a shadow effect.
