and twisting it from side to side (as if
you’re saying no). Then, lower your
right ear to your right shoulder (to
stretch the left side of your neck) and
repeat on the other side.
Sit upright and keep your spine long.
Place your right knee over the left and
bring your left palm over the right knee
while the other hand is on the armrest.
Twist your body towards the right and
hold for a few breaths. Repeat on the
opposite side.

Allow your body to lean forward
slightly, then wrap both hands
around one knee and bring it towards
your chest. Hold for 15 seconds and
complete the other side.
Knees up
Ankle circles
Ankle stretches
Keep your heels on the ground
and raise only your toes.
Keep both feet slightly off the ground
and start drawing circles. Rotate them
clockwise and anti-clockwise about 5
times.
Keep your toes on the floor and raise
your heels (as if you’re wearing stilettos).
Think ballerinas on their tippy toes!
