4. This is My family!
You’ll meet all of them
soon enough, but you’ll
start with my parents!
5. My dad’s name is Jacques. He grew
up in Mississippi but went to medical
school in New Orleans, where he met
my mom, Jacqueline! They both stud-
ied pediatrics and internal medi-
cine, but after mom had her third
kid, she stopped being a doctor to be
a full-time mom, although she says
she’s going back to work as soon as
she gets the last kid to college!
6. This is the eldest, Camille!
She is 24 years old and
loves writing. She graduated
from Hendrix College after 3
years where she developed
her skills as a poet. Camille
is currently working and
saving up money in New Or-
leans so that she can go to
graduate school for creative
writing!
7. tHis is Coco, the second
child! She loves photogra-
phy and does a lot of free-
lance work back home; it’s
rare to see her without her
camera! She also gradu-
ated from Hendrix and is
working with Camille, saving
up money to get her masters
in industrial engineering!
8. This is t’Jacques! He is the third
child and is beginning his
sophomore year majoring in bi-
ology at Fordham! T’Jacques is
enthralled with the maths and
sciences-- in fact, he placed
first in the entire state for cal-
culus! Besides math, t’Jacques
is passionate about music! he
can play any instrument he de-
cides he wants to learn (I think
I know of at least ten he plays)
but Banjo is his current favor-
ite.
9. This is Gabby! She was in
my grade at school where
she was very involved in
Youth & Government be-
sides her busy sched-

only very recently joined
our family She is as spe-

I Absolutely love to read! these are just a few
of my favorite books, but I’m always looking for
suggestions if you have any!
14. Back in high school, I was
the stage manager for all
of my drama club’s produc-
tions! I was in charge of or-
ganizing all of the technical
aspects of every show and I
called the shows for the ac-
tual performances so our
directors didn’t have to be
there. It was a lot of work,
but I love musicals!
15. This is me, June 8th, 1999. I was
the fourth out of five children in
my family, born in Lakeview Hos-
pital, Covington Louisiana, my fu-
ture place of employment!
16. Ever since sixth grade, I wold
go to Camp Juliette Low for my
summers! I made lifelong
friends there, such as Eliza
(left) and CelestE (right). I’m a
counselor there now, instead of
a camper, and our mission is
empowering young women and
teaching self sufficiency. I’m
usually in charge of Archery
there, but you might find me at
the lake sometimes!
17. I worked In the kitchen of Lakev-
iew Hospital throughout my se-
nior year in high school. I was
a porter, so I brought food to
patients, kept the kitchen clean,
and did all the dishes every
night. It was hard work but a
good experience and I am grate-
ful for it!
18. I love animation, whether it be chil-
dren’s shows, adult swim, or art
films, I have so much admiration for
2D animation as an art form. Some
of my favorite works include Adven-
ture Time, ARcher, The thief and the
cobbler, Singles, and House of Small
Cubes.
19. I love writinG just as much as
I enjoy reading! I mostly write
poetry and short fiction, but
it has always been a dream of
mine to write a novel!
