RE: Aidar Dulati
I am pleased to provide this letter of reference on behalf of Aidar Dulati. Aidar and I met while he was
working with the National Company of Kazakhstan, in his capacity liaising on behalf of the City of Astana,
toward the upcoming Expo 2017. We continued to work together at a preliminary level on the
conceptualization of greening strategies that would be applied to several potential Astana infrastructure
and City building projects.
Aidar was one of our principal contacts during our involvement with both the Astana Greening Initiative
where, he identified the priorities in the project to complement Expo 2017 initiatives. Additionally, The
Planning Partnership worked and corresponded with Aidar during Astana Expo 2017 during numerous
presentations, project/design meetings, and review consultations where he worked well as part of the
overall team, and was always willing to share his keen knowledge.
Overall, Aidar was a pleasure to correspond with during the Expo 2017 design process. If necessary, I
