- First I would like to give a brief introduction about the function of the leader. Someone has said that an excellent leader is more than a start of way to expanding the feelings of a film, but rather than connotation connecting all around the story. For example, we can feel the same feelings as the leader shows its pictures and details. So with this shooting script, the designed can produce an animation leader. Now let me show how a leader come into being.
- It is really a hard work. So I eliminate some details that needs more patients and shills. Now I only talk about the steps. First the designers get the shooting scripts from the director. And they will draw pictures according to the describe of scene in the shooting script. It can be done by computer. Of course, can by hand.
- Next, giving more vitality to the picture. The designers should make the picture colorful. It can be finished in a software: Photoshop. This is a very famous and powerful software. If you could, you could pay much attention to all the details. Such as the gradual change of the color.
- You may find there is no background. Don’t worry. The designer will design the background by using the two steps just now. Ok, it is time to merge the background with the picture. You can see the effects in the PPT. In fact, it is not a easy work. Much details should not be ignore. For example, the shadow. It looks like more natural. dull
- Ok, at this time, you will see the first scene of the leader.
- By using the similar ways, the designer can design the rest scene.
- So the most important steps is to make the pictures move. As we all know, animation comes when a group of pictures was showed at a short time. There are some professional software to achieve this effect. Here I want to introduce Adobe after effect.
- Another part is the background music. The designer can add a certain pop music or song to the leader. Some time, it is a better choice to use this machine to create the sound that supplement each other.
- Finally, write some information, such as the director or actor in the leader. Ok, let’s enjoy this just 4 seconds leader.
- Through this steps, we know that it is not an easy work in the producing of leader. So it is no doubt that the movie itself will be a more difficult job.
