2. Plot Twist
The plot twist to this whole story was how the main
character “Jackie-O” shoots her twin brother,
“Marty”. Jackie-O had actually shot Mary once
before, he fortunatley lived. But at the end of the
play (the climax) Jackie-O Shoots him out of
jealousy (and she also isnt that mentally stable)
3. Red Herring
The younger brother of the two main characters,
Anthony, ends up sleeping with Marty’s fiance,
Lesley. This takes the audiences attention off of
Marty and Jackie-O, because Anthony is trying to
get Lesley away from Marty.
4. Predictability
It is shown in the very beginning of the play that
Jackie-O and Marty had a very unusual
relationship. When Anthony mentions Marty
coming back to the house with his fiancee, the
tension with Jackie-O is almost immediate. The
characters then repeat to Marty how he shouldntve
brought Lesley. They feared that Jackie-O would
have another mental break (which she does).
