Almost 3,000 people lost their lives in the 9/11 attacks. To honor those who died, St. Louis created a tribute on Art Hill in Forest Park featuring thousands of American flags. The tribute included photos of the flags flying majestically, a young boy looking up at the flags, and a message that St. Louis remembers those lost and will never forget.
