4. We procure the best possible ployester yarn available in the country. Weaving is done on Sulzer
Looms in order to produce the finest quality fabric. The finishing is done before printing to get
maximum absorption. We use the highest quality and safe chemical dyes to get durable and
brighter colour effects. Our padding, disperse and discharge print facilities are the latest and
second to none in the industry. For four colour print jobs we use Juki Machinery for all the
stitching.
We also specialise in screen printed, dispersed dye flag manufacturing. We have the latest
sublimation printers and heat transfer machines. The sublimation process ensures that the
richness of the fabric and sharpness of the image is preserved. The combination of screen printing
and dispersed dying produces long lasting and light weight flags.

6. FLAG SIZES
Flags are manufactured in various sizes depending on the requirements of our customers. Most
countries specify proportions for flags, the most popular being 2:3. Although the most commonly
used sizes are 2’x3’, 3’x4.5’, 4’x6’ for country flags. But we customise flag sizes to suit any
requirements.
Our flags are printed in colours true to the country of origin’s specifications. All flags are printed as
per Pantone colour code of each country. We use a worldwide authority to obtain these
specifications. An extended use of flags is signages and advertising. We have pioneered the use of

1. The foldable tent is UV resistant, waterproof, windproof, mildew resistant, crease
resistant and durable.
2. It saves space and is convenient to move.

o Installation Instruction:
Step 1: Place shelter in the centre of area to be sheltered. Remove cover. Have two
people stand on opposite sides, grasp two outer leg, lift off the ground and step
backwards, stopping at arm’s length.
Step 2: Grasp the bottom of the diamond (shown), on opposite sides. Lift up, and step
backwards until shelter is fully opened, being careful not to pinch fingers.
Step 3: Put the covering cloth on the middle top of the frame, then make the 4 corners of
the roof directed at the frame, then stick Velcro tightly.
Step 4: Pull the frame open 95%
Step 5: Buckle the 4 latch catches of every leg into the square pipe hole
Step 6: Pull out of the 4 inner tube from the 4 legs to reach to fixed height, then the latch
catches will buckled automatically and installation is complete.
