This document discusses potential locations near Bournemouth airport in England to film a short western film. It suggests a heathland area with dusty paths and fields of heather that could represent the American wilderness. Scenes of a lone cowboy wandering could be filmed there and interrupted by other men confronting him. Instrumental solos from the film score could intersperse the cowboy scenes. The score discussed is from the film "The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly" composed by Ennio Morricone.

2.  Opposite Hurn Airport, there is a large expanse of heathland, which is ideal for a
dusty path, similar to a wild western locale.
 The Heathland offers shrubbery which ideally there would be less of, but we can
explore the area and choose our area for the film.

3.  This area is out by Bournemouth airport.
I think it is a good location to shoot in
because of the slightly dusty aura it has.
 There are plenty of fields filled with
heather, which could be seen as wild
western.
 Many of the areas in this region are
accessible by the general public, and
therefore would be perfect for us to just
go along with our actors, shoot, and
leave.
 The only problem may be if members of
the public are getting in the way (dog
walkers).

5.  A lonely cowboy is wandering out in
the wilderness, and the plot could be
twisted into any way you want. He
could be confronted by four or five
other men whilst on his travels, and
they could rise over a hill when the
music crescendos.
 We could plan it to start on a windy
day, and try to film the lone cowboy’s
coat billowing in the wind. The man
could start walking towards the four
other men in the same scene.
 This idea is inspired by the RTX intro
created directed and created by Jack
Pattillo July 2014.

6.  The scenes involving the cowboy could be split by going to scenes of instruments
that are playing solos in the piece (oboe, piano, trumpet, singer).

7.  The song that you are currently listening to was used in the film “The Good, The
Bad, and The Ugly” (Which describes our group perfectly).
 It was written by Ennio Morricone in 1996.
