I live in the province of Gronngen in the north-east of
the Netherlands,above the Groningen gas field.
And I would like to present a goodand possibly
profitable idea or opportunity to what I see,this is
called De Dollard.

2. The Dollardis a bay that lies in the North East of the
province of Groningen in the Netherlands.
The bay is a very strategicplace and, moreover,itis
almost completely unexplored!
The Dollardoffers excellentopportunities to function
as a transit port, but it is also nearby and can be
perfectly connected to the Slochterengas pipelines
fromwhich gas can be transported throughout
Europe.

4. Furthermore,the regionoffers the possibility for
underground gas or carbon monoxide storage.

5. Another advantage that this regionoffers is that it has
good and fast connections to major population
centers and industries in North-West Europe such as
the Randstad in the west of the Netherlands, the Ruhr
area in Germany, but also Oldenburg, Bremen,
Hanover,Osnabruck, Braunschweig, Bielefeldand
many other cities,also towards East Germany and
Poland.

7. In contrast to the westernpart of the Netherlands, the
national roads are not overcrowdedhere and road
transport can move quickly, especially at night,
without any significant nuisance. The state roads (four
lane roads) are mostly empty then.

8. My question is
If you think this is a good place to promote trade and
transport and business contacts in the near future,
