The Destructive Power of “You”.
This presentation will show the power of “You” and how it can potentially ruin your communication message. “You” is one of the most powerful caustic weapons you can use when communicating.
4. Initial email sent in The nurses here at the hospital are continuing to have problems assessing the GIAP survey. This survey is important to our ACE unit. When the nurses are encountering problems with the link, which are numerous, they are being told that the help desk does not have time to help them and they should just not do the survey. When I emailed you prior to the survey going live I felt that there would not be this many problems getting the link to work. Is there anything that can be done to help this link be more successful? 9. Actual response I am very sorry that this issue is happening. I understand the frustration when dealing with surveys outside our network as I would be upset myself if I had this kind of problem while trying to take a survey along with my other duties. Just to make sure we are not causing the issue can I get the link sent to me – I will test it tonight on a locked down type PC like the nursing staff might be using.. I will also send a small screen shot of what the login process looks like if that will be helpful when using our portal email and hopefully that should resolve some of the frustration. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any more issues.
