Anne's favorite garments change with the seasons - in spring it is a shirt with hearts, in summer a swimsuit with flowers, and in fall yellow boots. Her mother tells her she needs to wear outer layers like coats, hats, gloves or sandals depending on the weather. The document also includes riddles about items that go around necks and have five fingers, as well as an activity where children dress cardboard dolls for different seasons and identify clothing items they own.
