A boy baked a mud cake with his mother on Saturday and went surfing on Sunday but the waves were bad so he went swimming and skating instead, then he walked his dog around the lake before resting on the couch until his sister wanted to play and couldn't get him off the couch so he got up to play with her and felt relaxed afterwards.

Tennis time
Jammie Stanic, the number two tennis player from Australia, played in the finals of a tournament against the world number one, Jasmine Rodger. Jammie won the first set but Jasmine took the second set. However, Jammie came back to win the third and final set, winning the match. After her victory, Jammie and her coach celebrated with fans who had supported her at the match or watched on television.

The narrator stayed home on Saturday but then went for a walk to the festival of the sea where they saw Luke selling raffle tickets. They had fun at the festival until having to go to the Scottish festival, where they won a teddy in a lucky dip and a badge. In the end, the day didn't turn out too badly and it was time to go home.
Camping
On his holiday, the author helped put up a tent at Nagambie and went swimming in the pool which was too hot to play tennis. They went fishing and caught a small fish but had to throw it back due to its size. At the beach, the author went surfing and had a friend over to play, after fishing with his dad the day before and catching only shrimp. The pool was their main activity on a very hot day where they spent time swimming and using the rope swing over water 3 to 4 meters deep.
