Engineer Mohammed Ramadan received a letter of appreciation from Jim Hynum of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for his work on direct construction for the federal police sustainment in Iraq. Hynum, who worked with many engineers as the construction representative, said that Engineer Mohammed was one of the finest and performed his duties in a very professional manner while always maintaining a great attitude and smile. Hynum was sad that their partnership had ended but would always remember Engineer Mohammed for their friendship over the past few months.

I wish to express my thanks and appreciation to Engineer Mohammed Ramadan for the
fine work he has done while working on the direct construction in federal police
sustainment . As construction representative for the Corps of Engineers I have worked
with many engineers in Iraq, and engineer Mohammed is one of the finest. He performed
his duties in a very professional manner and is dedicated to doing the job right. I am sad
that our ways have parted, but I will remember you always for the great attitude, always a
smile and for our friendship for these past few months.
