LP; LL.M, UK) – Managing
Partner
Mr. Thadeo is an Advocate of the
High court of Tanzania and
Zanzibar and has been practicing
law since 2007 and has
professional experience with major
firms in Dar es Salaam, United
Kingdom, and various government
organs prior to establishing the firm.
Mr. Thadeo speaks fluent English
and Swahili. Also is a member of
Mainland Tanzania Bar Association
(Tanganyika Law society); East
African Law Society; The Pan
African Lawyers Union;
International Bar Association; and
Liverpool Law Society (United
Kingdom).

10. Mr Mussa KIOBYA (LL.B; PGD-
LP) – Associate Partner
Mr. Kiobya is an Advocate
of the High court of
Tanzania and Zanzibar
and has been practicing
law since 2008 and has
professional experience
with major firms in Dar es
Salaam. He has attended
various training program
and seminars, and is an
active member of several
legal and non-legal
professional organizations.
He speaks fluent English
and Swahili.
Mr. Kiobya is a member of Tanganyika Law
society and East African Law Society and
covers a broad range of legal aspects in
general but also is an experienced
professional expertise on international law,
dispute settlements and litigation.

11. Mr Helmes MUTATINA (DLP;
LL.B) – Corporate Legal Officer
Mr. Mutatina graduated from
the Mzumbe University faculty
of law in 2013. He has wide
experience in handling merger
& acquisition, banking &
finance, debt restructuring,
energy & mining, foreign
investment, corporate &
commercial deal and in legal
drafting various legal
documents not limited to
mortgage deed, debenture
deed, chattel mortgage,
undertaking, deed of
assignment, guarantee and
many more.
Mr. Mutatina is a member of
Tanganyika Law Society and has
been supporting practicing lawyers
since 2012 and has a combination of
professional experience as legal
officer in a major law firm in Tanzania.
Mr. Mutatina speaks fluent English
and Swahili.

12. Ms. Moza MCHOPANGA (BAPRM;
MMFR) – Administrative
Secretary
Ms. Mchopanga gained her
Bachelor of public Relations and
Marketing in 2013 from St.
Augustine University of Tanzania,
Mwanza. She is currently
completing her Masters of
Management in Foreign Relations.
Her marketing skills help the firm to
understands the need of its clients
and deliver legal services, not only
in a unique but modern way that
satisfies the clients’ need.
Ms. Mchopanga is the heart of non-
legal issues of the firm, as she uses her
great skills in maintaining the good
relationship of the firm and clients while
making sure that every detail of the
client is maintained and communicated
effectively with no room for error. She
has a wide knowledge in maintaining
good image of the organisation to the
public by making sure that all those
who are associated with the firm are
absolutely satisfied and the firm
progresses in a right and proper
direction.
