Narrated Business Proposal for the Philadelphia Eaglescamrynascott12
Slide 1:
Welcome, and thank you for joining me today. We will explore a strategic proposal to enhance parking and traffic management at Lincoln Financial Field, aiming to improve the overall fan experience and operational efficiency. This comprehensive plan addresses existing challenges and leverages innovative solutions to create a smoother and more enjoyable experience for our fans.
Slide 2:
Picture this: It’s a crisp fall afternoon, driving towards Lincoln Financial Field. The atmosphere is electric—tailgaters grilling, fans in Eagles jerseys creating a sea of green and white. The air buzzes with camaraderie and anticipation. You park, join the throng, and make your way to your seat. The stadium roars as the Eagles take the field, sending chills down your spine. Each play is a thrilling dance of strategy and skill. This is what being an Eagles fan is all about—the joy, the pride, and the shared experience.
Slide 3:
But now, the day is marred by frustration. The excitement wanes as you struggle to find a parking spot. The congestion is overwhelming, and tempers flare. The delays mean you miss the pre-game excitement, the tailgate camaraderie, and even the opening kick-off. After the game, the joy of victory or the shared solace of defeat is overshadowed by the stress of navigating out of the parking lot. The gridlock, honking horns, and endless waiting drain the energy and joy from what should have been an unforgettable experience.
Our proposal aims to eliminate these frustrations, ensuring that from arrival to departure, your experience is extraordinary. Efficient parking and smooth traffic flow are key to maintaining the high spirits and excitement that make game days special.
Slide 4:
The Philadelphia Eagles are not just a premier NFL team; they are an integral part of the community, hosting games, concerts, and various events at Lincoln Financial Field. Our state-of-the-art stadium is designed to provide a world-class experience for every attendee. Whether it's the thrill of game day, the excitement of a live concert, or the camaraderie of community events, we pride ourselves on delivering a fan-first experience and maintaining operational excellence across all our activities. Our commitment to our fans and community is unwavering, and we continuously strive to enhance every aspect of their experience, ensuring they leave with unforgettable memories.
Slide 5:
Recent trends show an increasing demand for efficient event logistics. Our customer feedback has consistently highlighted frustrations with parking and traffic. Surveys indicate that a significant number of fans are dissatisfied with the current parking situation. Comparisons with other venues like Citizens Bank Park and Wells Fargo Center reveal that we lag in terms of parking efficiency and convenience. These insights underscore the urgent need for innovation to meet and exceed fan expectations.
Slide 6:
As we delve into the intricacies of our operations, one glaring issue emer

Entering his seventh season at the helm of theTexas A&M University-Kingsville baseball
program is Jason Gonzales, who has taken the Javelinas to three NCAA South Central
RegionalTournaments. Since taking over the diamond Hogs,TAMUK has gone an
outstanding 183-140 (.567) and back-to-back-to-back NCAATournament appearances.
The Javelinas have appeared in five consecutive Lone Star Conference tournaments.
In 2014, the Javelinas advanced to the championship game of the NCAA South Central
Region for the second consecutive season and were one out away from advancing to
the CollegeWorld Series. Overall,Texas A&M-Kingsville went 38-20 and along the way
earned the Lone Star Conference Regular Season championship. For his efforts, Gonzales
was awarded the conference’s coach of the year nod for the first time. As LSC regular
season champions, the Javelinas hosted the conference tournament and battledWest
Texas A&M, who also appeared in the regional tournament.
Eleven players appeared on the all-LSC squad, including LSC Player of theYear Derrick
Walls, who led the conference in hitting (.394) and on-base percentage (.508).Walls
finished the season with 57 runs scored, 82 hits, 44 walks and 29 stolen bases and also
earned All-South Central Regional and All-LSCTournament first-team selections. In
conference play,Walls hit .358 and was 17-for-18 in stolen base attempts.TaylorTaska
and Brian Frazier also earned All-South Central Region tournament honors.
Academically, two players were named to the LSC All-Academic team as Dallas Ponder
joined LSC Baseball Academic Player of theYear Denver Diefenbach.
Gonzales’fifth season was record-setting for the Javelinas as the team set a school
record with 42 wins in 2013.Texas A&M-Kingsville won the Lone Star Conference
Tournament Championship for the fifth time and received the top seed in the NCAA
South Central RegionTournament. As the top seed, the Javelinas hosted the regional
tournament and came one game shy of advancing to the NCAA Division IIWorld Series
in Cary, N.C. It was the furthest the Javelinas had made it in the postseason.
TaylorTaska and Dallas Ponder each received multiple all-region honors asTaska was a
first-team All-American, while Ponder received third-team honors.Taska was named
both South Central Region Player of theYear and was the co-Lone Star Conference
Player of theYear. Ponder was the league pitcher of the year and region pitcher of the
year. In all, six players received all-LSC honors and Chris Ballou earned a spot on the
2013 LSC Baseball All-Academic squad.
In 2012, the Javelinas had its best season since 2008 and finished 31-18 with a trip to
the NCAA South Central RegionalTournament. He coached the Lone Star Conference’s
co-Player of theYear in Cameron Dullnig and the LSC Pitcher of theYear in Jaden Dillon.
Eleven players received recognition from the LSC, while three earned all-region honors
-- Dullnig, Dillon and Adam Aspaas.
Dullnig was named the NCBWA South Central Region Player of theYear and earned
three All-America citations. Dillon became the sixth Javelina drafted in the program’s
history when he was chosen in the 29th round by the Atlanta Braves. Aspaas also
earned a spot on the conference’s all-academic team.
The 2011 Javelinas won seven of 11 LSC season series, but needed a three-game sweep
of East Central on the final weekend of the year to get into the playoffs. Gonzales did
an excellent job of mixing and matching his starting lineup and rotation to lead the
team to an 18-15 conference record. For the second straight season the team went two
games and out at the LSC tournament while losing their first game by one run each
time. Four players earned All-LSC nods.
Jason Gonzales (Louisiana-Lafayette‘94; seventh season)
Gonzales’recruiting philosophy that focuses on high school athletes with a few transfers was tested
in his second year at the helm and it proved to be sound as the team made great strides. Picked to
finish ninth in the LSC Preseason Poll, the Javelinas put together a strong campaign and finished
fourth in the conference and advanced to the LSC Playoffs. He brought in five new starters in the
lineup and a completely new pitching staff as eight true freshmen made significant contributions.
The 2010 team featured a trio of all-region performers in first basemanTravis Earles, starting pitch-
er Dan Rogers and center fielder CliftonThomas. The squad set three school records and finished
the year 28-25. Four players earned All-LSC selections, led by All-LSC FirstTeam members Rogers,
Thomas and Earles. David de Leon earned a second team nod.
In his first year (2009), the team went 20-35 as they struggled to get on a roll. Despite the team
struggles, left-handed pitcher Sam Strickland was drafted by theToronto Blue Jays in 25th round
becoming the fifth player in school history selected in the MLB draft. Strickland andThomas earned
All-LSC SecondTeam selections.
Gonzales, a native of Cuero, had 14 years of collegiate coaching experience prior to coming to the
Javelinas and also served as head baseball coach at Skidmore-Tynan High School.
Gonzales began his baseball career as a standout shortstop at Cuero High School where he gradu-
ated from in 1988. He was an All-State baseball player and also was a member of Cuero’s 1987 Class
3A state championship football team. He was taken in the draft by the Atlanta Braves in 1988, but
signed with the University ofTexas. He suffered an injury while at UT and transferred to Blinn Junior
College where he played for two seasons (1990-91). He was again selected by the Braves in the
1991 draft, but went to the University of Louisiana-Lafayette where he played two seasons for the
Ragin’Cajuns.
In Gonzales’junior season at UL Lafayette, the Ragin’Cajuns went 38-26, won theWestern Division
of the Sun Belt Conference and advanced to the NCAATournament.
His first stint as an assistant coach came at UL Lafayette in 1994 as the Ragin’Cajuns went 42-15,
won theWestern Division of the SBC and again advanced to the NCAATournament.
Gonzales then served as an assistant for two years at Arkansas State (1995-96) and one season at
Wharton County Junior College (1997).
He returned to UL Lafayette in 1998 where he served as an assistant through the 2002 season.
During that time the Ragin’Cajuns hosted their first NCAA RegionalTournament, advanced to the
NCAA CollegeWorld Series and won a pair of regional championships. The 2000 team went 49-20
and finished third at the CollegeWorld Series.
He left UL Lafayette and worked for the Atlanta Braves organization in 2003 before becoming head
coach at Skidmore-Tynan High School. After three years at Skidmore-Tynan, Gonzales served as an
assistant coach at McNeese State in 2008.
Gonzales received his associate’s degree from Blinn College in 1991, his bachelor’s degree from the
University of Louisiana-Lafayette in 1994 and his master’s degree from Arkansas State in 1996.
Gonzales and his wife Courtney have three daughters, twins Roy Grace and Dale Rose and Stevie
Marie.
