 Provides administrative support and various resources for scholarly research,
 Lead thesis supervision at graduate and undergraduate level
 Planning, organizing, implementing, and enforcing the results of research center.
ACADEMICS  Manage and update academic program to meet curriculum goals.
 Provide guidance and support to junior Academic Advisors.
 Monitor student academic progress and provide guidance to students.
 Manage student registration activities.
 Interview and recruit teachers for appropriate departments.
 Plan faculty meetings, orientations, trainings and workshops.
 Plan academic schedule of students.
 Coordinate with other Academic Department Directors in sharing faculty and other
educational and instructional ideas.
 Manage faculty resources, administrative staffs and other organization’s resources.
 Develop and implement academic enhancement programs for students.
