ASSEMBLING
Teesing can combine a range of parts in an assembly for
easy installation in the customer’s product. Teesing has the
materials, machinery and know-how to create assemblies for
its customers which save time and money. Before starting
production, Teesing’s engineers develop the assemblies in CAD
to ensure the right specifications.
LARGE PRODUCT RANGE IN STOCK
The wide range of products in stock allows Teesing to engineer
and produce assemblies efficiently. The large stocks in the
Teesing warehouse means that engineers can choose any
quantity of products for the assembly production line. Products
from different manufacturers can be combined to ensure the
best solution.
TESTING
Teesing has the facilities to test products following assembly.
Besides technical inspections, products can be leak-tested over
20 bar using air or over 40 bar using demineralised water. High
precision manometers allow accurate product testing and the
detection of pressure drops over longer periods of time.

TEESING IN-HOUSE CLEANROOM
The Teesing headquarters in Rijswijk, the Netherlands, features
an in-house cleanroom where products can be cleaned,
assembled, tested and double-packed according to customer
requirements. All cleanroom services are carried out under
strict procedures to ensure the highest standards of quality at
all times.
CLEANING PRODUCTS
The Teesing cleanroom consists of an ISO class 6 section for HP
products and an ISO class 5 section for UHP products. Small
products and assemblies can be cleaned in an ISO class 4
compartment. All products supplied by Teesing can be cleaned
and packaged under cleanroom conditions. The products are
cleaned using XCDA or demineralised water to ensure minimum
particles.
ASSEMBLY UNDER CLEANROOM CONDITIONS
In response to the growing demand for customised product and
assembly solutions, Teesing offers its customers the option
of having their products assembled in its own cleanroom. In
accordance with customer specifications, Teesing can also
package products in kits ready for installation on site.

EFFICIENT ORDER PROCESSING
Teesing has optimised its order and delivery process to ensure
fast delivery with minimum errors. By using lean lifts connected
to a computerised order-and-stock system, orders can be
processed efficiently and real-time stock levels are always
available. The Teesing warehouse carries a large stock of many
of its products and most items have no minimum order quantity.
PRODUCT LABELS AND TRACIBILITY
Products are packaged and labelled to minimise delivery errors
and ensure optimum service to customers. Products supplied
by Teesing – and therefore their specifications – can always be
easily traced.
PACKAGED TO CUSTOMER-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
If necessary, products can be packaged and labelled to
customer requirements. Any product or assembly can be
cleaned under cleanroom conditions and double-packaged on

The Serto radial modular system is unique. The tube connections can
be fitted or released radially, thus eliminating the need to displace or
even bend tubing runs. When the nut is tightened down, the clamping
ring is deformed and constricts lightly around the tube without
producing a notch. In the area of the constriction and at the clamping
ring/base part joint, the deformation forces produce highly specific
surface-area pressure contacts which guarantee a firm hold of the
tube and tight metallic sealing.
Serto makes it possible to connect HP tubing to plastic tubing or
hoses. Even flexible hoses are connected leak free through an internal
support sleeve.

GAS FILL CONNECTORS
The WEH gas filling connectors are simply placed on the
connection, after which a pressure-tight connection is
immediately established. Troublesome threads and tightening
pressure tests are no longer needed. The gas fill connectors are
designed for pressures up to 1000 bar depending on the type
and the application. Compared with threaded connections, these
efficient connectors mean a big saving in time and money.

The EZ Boss-lock ( Cam & Groove safety coupling) is resistant to
accidental disconnection when dragged. The release lever opens
in the direction opposite to the cam arm, so movements that
tend to open the release lever also tend to close the cam arm.
The coupling design protects critical parts from damage in the
event of impact or rugged use.

G-RANGE CONNECTORS
Due to their efficiency, lightness and reliability, together
with extreme qualities of leak tightness, the G-Range pipe
connection offers significant benefits for use in industrial plants
in a wide variety of applications. Although designed primarily
for adverse pressure and temperature conditions, more modest
applications can be considered due to ease of installation and
assembly, particularly when compared with the alignment and
tightening of standard flanges.

COMPACT FLANGE CONNECTORS
The Desflex Compact Flange is ideal for both topsides and
sub-sea applications where minimum weight is essential as is
reduced maintenance. Both standard and swivel type weld-

H. Mott. The company consists of the following three business

particulate removal from process gases during semiconductor
manufacture.
Process Systems – combining porous metal filter elements
with hardware, electronics and software to make large-scale,
turnkey systems for large-volume separation of liquids, gases,

FILTERS
GasShield point-of-use filters are available in over 20 standard
designs, constructed of 316L stainless steel, nickel, or Hastelloy
C-22, and rated for flows up to 600 slpm and inlet pressures as
high as 5000 psig. The 100% metal bulk filters are available for
flows up to 25000 slpm and inlet pressures from 400 - 650 psig.
Mott offers a full line of filter and flow restrictor products in
designs compatible with the gas system interfaces presently
gaining acceptance in process tools, gas cabinets and valve
manifold box installations. The IGS filters are designed to
provide greater system flexibility coupled with ease of change-
out and reduced maintenance times. Filters are offered in 316L
SS, nickel and Hastelloy C-22 for gas compatibility and range in
flow rates from 10 to 100 litres per minute.
WHY MOTT POROUS FILTERS?
Filtration systems, utilising sintered metal media for solids/liquid separation,
have proven to be an effective and economical alternative to other separation
methodologies, which may be vulnerable to pressure spikes, high temperatures
and/or corrosive environments.
These harsh environments, often demanding use of continuous service, are
ideally suited for an all-metal filtration system utilising sintered metal media,
which have been fabricated into tubular metal elements. Sintered metal
media have demonstrated high particle efficiency removal, reliable filtration,
performance, effective backwash capability, and long on-stream service life
in many industrial applications that typically utilise leaf filters, bag filters, and
plate and frame filters.
While applications include sustained high temperature and corrosive
environments, any pressure-driven filtration process with high operating costs
can be improved with sintered metal filtration technology. Suitable applications
are found in oil refineries, chemical and petrochemical processes, and
pharmaceutical production facilities.

Spargers introduce gases into liquids through thousands of tiny
pores, creating bubbles far smaller and more numerous than
with drilled pipe and other sparging methods. The result is a

Mott precision porous metal flow restrictors are reliable,
cost-effective replacements for orifices, capillaries or micro-
metering valves. The Mott flow restrictor can be inserted with
minimal change in design.
A porous metal flow restrictor is, in effect, a multiple orifice
device with many very small holes, creating a vast number of
random pathways. This reduces clogging and wear and tear.
Typically, a Mott porous metal restrictor has a porous surface
area 500 times that of an equivalent orifice.
Mott flow restrictors are available with a diverse range
of porosity to ensure the perfect flow rate for the desired
application.

How did our engineering department come up with this innovation? It all started
with a question from one of our customers in the semiconductor industry who
was already using our fittings. The challenge was to make a cost-effective flow
restriction in their system with a minimum of change in the current design. This
can be done in two ways:

The new installation of NTC Tankcleaning BV in the Botlek area offers
eight cleaning bays for tank containers, two food cleaning bays, four
chemical cleaning bays and a further two bays with 200 bar cleaning.
The control cabinets contain SMC solenoid manifolds with a Profinet
connection that drives the valves which control the desired cleaning
solvents. These control cabinets were developed in a collaboration
between Gröninger and Teesing.

The advanced digital flow switches offered by SMC ensure high
accuracy, precise control and easy reading of displayed flow
rates. The flow switches are suited to air, water, de-ionised
water and chemicals, and can measure flow rates as well as
accumulative flow quantities. The outputs from these units
include up to two switched outputs as well as analogue outputs
in either volts or milliamps, while some models have a colour-
changing display for quick and easy condition identification.
Since the digital flow switches measure across their entire
flow range and not just at the set points like most mechanical

The AQM 60 is a configurable instrument platform able to con-
tinuously measure common air pollutants including ozone (O3),

DUSTY SENTRY MONITORS QUARRY ACTIVITY
TO ENSURE ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY
After two devastating earthquakes in 2012, Christchurch, New
Zealand’s third largest city, had a high demand for aggregate to
rebuild the site. The company Road Metals, the largest supplier of
aggregate in New Zealand, planned to establish a new quarry 20km
west of the city.
To ensure the new quarry activity would not cause any environmental
hazards, Road Metals placed two Aeroqual Dust Sentry outdoor dust
monitors for continuous total suspended particulate (TSP) monitoring
during the quarry work.
The Dust Sentry units were fitted with a GPRS modem so alerts could
be sent automatically whenever “trigger levels” are reached. Aeroqual
technicians were also able to perform system checks and diagnoses
via the modem.

S930-S935 TRANSMITTER CONTROLER
The Aeroqual Series 930 Transmitter/Controller is a network-
able monitor with control and alarm outputs all housed in a
robust IP65/NEMA 4 case. It is designed to measure and control
gas concentrations and to communicate to a variety of hardware
systems. The Series 935 also measures temperature and rela-
tive humidity and transmits this on the RS485 output.

SM70 MONITOR
The SM70 is a low-cost feature-packed ozone and VOC monitor
with a digital display and audible alarm, designed for monitoring
gases in an indoor environment.
It is supplied with three different versions of firmware which

concentration of the measured gas.

Monoflanges are defined as flanges with integral shut-off valves
in a variety of configurations. The most common assembly,
however, is a shut-off valve combined with an additional drain/
vent valve, or two consecutive shut-off valves in combination
with a drain/vent valve in a double block and bleed design.
Whereas the monoflange process side connects directly to the
process flange, the instrument connection is either 1/2” NPT
female threaded or features a swivel adapter with G1/2“ thread
allowing for 360° free orientation of the instrument. Process
flanges come in a number of different pressure ranges and
sizes, and as such monoflanges are usually tailor made to meet
your specific requirements.

Customer Care takes orders and provides rapid responses to questions about availability and delivery times. BRIDGING BETWEEN CUSTOMERS AND TEESING’S DEPARTMENTS To avoid miscommunication and to ensure that customers are given appropriate information from the various Teesing departments, Customer Care provides customers with a fixed point of contact. Some customers require parts that are not available in the standard product range. In such cases, Teesing designs, develops and manufactures customised parts in small or large quantities on demand. QUALIFIED ENGINEERS The Teesing Systems & Engineering team consists of knowledgeable and trained engineers who can meet customer needs for solutions to complex mechanical engineering issues. Whether a customer requires the modification of an existing assembly or module or a brand new solution, Teesing can rely on 60 years of experience to ensure the best results today. CONNECTION TO PRODUCTION FACILITIES Teesing can produce customised products on demand. Its worldwide network of suppliers and production facilities enables Teesing to have customised products manufactured in the right quantities at the right price for any specific application. LATEST ENGINEERING SOFTWARE Visual and technical support is provided by the latest 3D engineering software. Teesing Systems & Engineering can exchange CAD files in multiple formats with its suppliers and customers to facilitate the assembly of multiple products. 2D drawings can also be provided for quality checks and inclusion in installation manuals.

TEESING ASSEMBLY & TESTING INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS SERVICES INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS | 9 ASSEMBLING Teesing can combine a range of parts in an assembly for easy installation in the customer’s product. Teesing has the materials, machinery and know-how to create assemblies for its customers which save time and money. Before starting production, Teesing’s engineers develop the assemblies in CAD to ensure the right specifications. LARGE PRODUCT RANGE IN STOCK The wide range of products in stock allows Teesing to engineer and produce assemblies efficiently. The large stocks in the Teesing warehouse means that engineers can choose any quantity of products for the assembly production line. Products from different manufacturers can be combined to ensure the best solution. TESTING Teesing has the facilities to test products following assembly. Besides technical inspections, products can be leak-tested over 20 bar using air or over 40 bar using demineralised water. High precision manometers allow accurate product testing and the detection of pressure drops over longer periods of time.

TEESING CLEANROOM INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS SERVICES 10 | TEESING TEESING IN-HOUSE CLEANROOM The Teesing headquarters in Rijswijk, the Netherlands, features an in-house cleanroom where products can be cleaned, assembled, tested and double-packed according to customer requirements. All cleanroom services are carried out under strict procedures to ensure the highest standards of quality at all times. CLEANING PRODUCTS The Teesing cleanroom consists of an ISO class 6 section for HP products and an ISO class 5 section for UHP products. Small products and assemblies can be cleaned in an ISO class 4 compartment. All products supplied by Teesing can be cleaned and packaged under cleanroom conditions. The products are cleaned using XCDA or demineralised water to ensure minimum particles. ASSEMBLY UNDER CLEANROOM CONDITIONS In response to the growing demand for customised product and assembly solutions, Teesing offers its customers the option of having their products assembled in its own cleanroom. In accordance with customer specifications, Teesing can also package products in kits ready for installation on site.

TEESING LOGISTICS INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS SERVICES INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS | 11 EFFICIENT ORDER PROCESSING Teesing has optimised its order and delivery process to ensure fast delivery with minimum errors. By using lean lifts connected to a computerised order-and-stock system, orders can be processed efficiently and real-time stock levels are always available. The Teesing warehouse carries a large stock of many of its products and most items have no minimum order quantity. PRODUCT LABELS AND TRACIBILITY Products are packaged and labelled to minimise delivery errors and ensure optimum service to customers. Products supplied by Teesing – and therefore their specifications – can always be easily traced. PACKAGED TO CUSTOMER-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS If necessary, products can be packaged and labelled to customer requirements. Any product or assembly can be cleaned under cleanroom conditions and double-packaged on request.

Serto is an unparalleled Swiss brand that uses high performance, patented technology to supply an extensive range of couplings, valves, tubing and complete assemblies to meet the industry’s requirements. SERTO TUBE CONNECTIONS: A UNIQUE RADIAL MOUNTING SYSTEM
  • 13. SERTO INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS PRODUCT RANGE INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS | 13 SERTO CONNECTORS The Serto radial modular system is unique. The tube connections can be fitted or released radially, thus eliminating the need to displace or even bend tubing runs. When the nut is tightened down, the clamping ring is deformed and constricts lightly around the tube without producing a notch. In the area of the constriction and at the clamping ring/base part joint, the deformation forces produce highly specific surface-area pressure contacts which guarantee a firm hold of the tube and tight metallic sealing. Serto makes it possible to connect HP tubing to plastic tubing or hoses. Even flexible hoses are connected leak free through an internal support sleeve. Their innovative test connectors enable instant connection to products for leak-testing fluids or gasses, saving an incredible amount of time and ensuring leak-free connections at all times. These harsh environments, often demanding use of continuous service, are ideally suited for an all-metal filtration system utilising sintered metal media, which have been fabricated into tubular metal elements. Sintered metal media have demonstrated high particle efficiency removal, reliable filtration, performance, effective backwash capability, and long on-stream service life in many industrial applications that typically utilise leaf filters, bag filters, and plate and frame filters. While applications include sustained high temperature and corrosive environments, any pressure-driven filtration process with high operating costs can be improved with sintered metal filtration technology. The result is a greater gas/liquid contact area, which reduces the time and volume required to dissolve gas into liquid. With thousands of pores over the surface, large volumes of gas can be passed over a highly specific area.

The Mott flow restrictor can be inserted with minimal change in design. A porous metal flow restrictor is, in effect, a multiple orifice device with many very small holes, creating a vast number of random pathways. This reduces clogging and wear and tear. Typically, a Mott porous metal restrictor has a porous surface area 500 times that of an equivalent orifice. Mott flow restrictors are available with a diverse range of porosity to ensure the perfect flow rate for the desired application. POROUS METAL FOR FLOW RESTRICTION Porous metal elements can be integrated into all kinds of fittings for a cost- effective solution that guarantees laminar flow in your processes. How did our engineering department come up with this innovation? It all started with a question from one of our customers in the semiconductor industry who was already using our fittings. The challenge was to make a cost-effective flow restriction in their system with a minimum of change in the current design. This can be done in two ways: Standard Orifice Restriction by a hole in the house of the fitting. Speed, pressure and heat increase as gas moves through the orifice, causing wear and tear and increasing chance of clogging. Mott Flow Restrictor Restriction by a porous metal element. Gas moves uniformly through porous metal element with minimal friction due to viscosity and reduced chance of clogging. ISSUES ARE RESOLVED INSTANTLY, COMMUNICATION IS POWERFUL AND FAST.” The new installation of NTC Tankcleaning BV in the Botlek area offers eight cleaning bays for tank containers, two food cleaning bays, four chemical cleaning bays and a further two bays with 200 bar cleaning. The control cabinets contain SMC solenoid manifolds with a Profinet connection that drives the valves which control the desired cleaning solvents. These control cabinets were developed in a collaboration between Gröninger and Teesing. SMC FLOW SWITCHES The advanced digital flow switches offered by SMC ensure high accuracy, precise control and easy reading of displayed flow rates. The flow switches are suited to air, water, de-ionised water and chemicals, and can measure flow rates as well as accumulative flow quantities. The outputs from these units include up to two switched outputs as well as analogue outputs in either volts or milliamps, while some models have a colour- changing display for quick and easy condition identification. Since the digital flow switches measure across their entire flow range and not just at the set points like most mechanical switches, these flow switches can be used for system monitoring and failure prediction. DUSTY SENTRY MONITORS QUARRY ACTIVITY TO ENSURE ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY After two devastating earthquakes in 2012, Christchurch, New Zealand’s third largest city, had a high demand for aggregate to rebuild the site. The company Road Metals, the largest supplier of aggregate in New Zealand, planned to establish a new quarry 20km west of the city. To ensure the new quarry activity would not cause any environmental hazards, Road Metals placed two Aeroqual Dust Sentry outdoor dust monitors for continuous total suspended particulate (TSP) monitoring during the quarry work. The Dust Sentry units were fitted with a GPRS modem so alerts could be sent automatically whenever “trigger levels” are reached. Aeroqual technicians were also able to perform system checks and diagnoses via the modem.

It is designed to measure and control gas concentrations and to communicate to a variety of hardware systems. The Series 935 also measures temperature and rela- tive humidity and transmits this on the RS485 output. AEROQUAL SM70 MONITOR The SM70 is a low-cost feature-packed ozone and VOC monitor with a digital display and audible alarm, designed for monitoring gases in an indoor environment. It is supplied with three different versions of firmware which control the internal relay in different ways. The alarm can be set to trigger below, above or within a 10% range of the set concentration of the measured gas. The most common assembly, however, is a shut-off valve combined with an additional drain/ vent valve, or two consecutive shut-off valves in combination with a drain/vent valve in a double block and bleed design. Whereas the monoflange process side connects directly to the process flange, the instrument connection is either 1/2” NPT female threaded or features a swivel adapter with G1/2“ thread allowing for 360° free orientation of the instrument. Process flanges come in a number of different pressure ranges and sizes, and as such monoflanges are usually tailor made to meet your specific requirements.
