1. As a teenager in the 1960s I have found that
we are finally being considered as an ages
group and have a culture of our own. The
term ‘Youth Culture’ just refers to our
behaviour and interests such as fashion and
music. We even have more of a voice now
and speak up on things like nuclear
weapons.
The Beatles are a really popular band out at
the moment and they are even from
Liverpool too. They represent freedom and
being young and having the potential to do
anything.
Some of my mates even have colour TVS so
I go over and watch my favourite actors in
TV shows on a Saturday night.
