of Cultural Art Performance!

This teambuilding activity is one of the best ways to embrace another culture in a fun environment. Teams will be playing authentic
Javanese art performances that creates a real sense of unity and focuses on making people work together on a task which, at first, may
seem impossible. Teams will need to plan, learn and practice local art performanves from traditional music gamelan, wayang show, and
Javanese dance. Finally a short play is performed in which all teams then collaborate for producing a masterpiece of the cultural
performance! Participants will be amazed at what they can achieve as a team!

ACTIVITIES
Ÿ In this activity participants are required to get creative and work as a team to re-create their very own unique master piece - of
cultural art performances!
Ÿ Participants are grouped in several components of the show: gamelan, wayang, and jathilan. Participants must collaborate to
form a script that can unify the three components of the show.
Ÿ Activities began with the batik making as ice breaker.
Ÿ Then the participants divided into groups staging.The group is a group of gamelan, wayang dance groups, and groups jathilan
Ÿ Each group separately to practice to play a role in the show combined with teambuilding games which are fused with the
activities.
Ÿ After practicing, all participants reconvened to perform their masterpiece in a scenario that they created, entertaining local
villagers who had gathered around the stage.
Ÿ At the end of the show, recognition award for best performers. There will be an "inscription" from the village as recognition that
this group has successfully staged performances of Javanese culture. The facilitator will then review the process of group
dynamics to further provide debrief as a confirmation of team building that has been undertaken.

ACTIVITIES
Ÿ In this activity participants carry on a mission that related to community services
Ÿ The group is divided into small teams, roles are defined, objectives are clarified and commitments are made.
Ÿ Each team also gets bicycles and a "clue kit" contain clues, map and additional code-breaking equipment.
Ÿ Enjoy the scenic bike ride in the local Village while your team competes with others to hunt for things of interest in the natural
as well as cultural and historical background.
Ÿ In gathering clues, participants would interact with the local community. On several occasions participants should also be
involved with the unique and interesting activities of local villagers, such as bathing cows, herding ducks, rice planting, fishing,
local crafts making, and playing traditional games with local kids.

Cooking Team offers culinary team-building exercises that allow participants to be fully engaged for 100% participation. Bring your
participants together in a fun, dynamic, and interactive culinary challenge. This also can be a fantastic way of enhancing better

This teambuilding exercise is perfect for making your group tighter than ever, celebrating company achievements, entertaining clients,
rewarding employees, or just letting off some steam.

ACTIVITIES
Ÿ Activity begin with short brief by our chef about local culinary and hints/ tips vital for completing the tasks
Ÿ Teams are then formed and they need choose their Executive Chef (team leader), and open an envelope containing their
unique “Culinary Challenge”
Ÿ 60 minutes are taken to plan a strategy before cooking begins, including planning and optimizing budget with limited
resources available in the surrounding village. Teams must stick to a limited budget to achieve success. Extra points can be
earned by completing any tasks given.
Ÿ Cook and enjoy: Teams will prepare and cook under the instruction of the chef, learning that Javanese food is not about
techniques but carefully balancing ingredients, Other participants will also enjoy decorating dishes with carrot flowers, lemon
grass stems, banana leaves and curved chili, as well as preparing the authentic sauce mixed from special herbs.
Ÿ Upon finishing their collaborative culinary efforts, our master chef will put their work to the taste test and pick a winning team!
