The proposed youth area and skate park will be 100 square metres made of concrete, plastic and metal materials. It will include skateboard ramps and a hot dog stand to generate income for maintenance. While initial funding will come from the government, the hot dog stand is expected to make £250 per week to cover future costs. Safety measures will be minimal, though railings may be installed. The hot dog stand will cost £375 to purchase with hot dogs sold to the public for £2.50 each.
