- Good morning everyone and our visitors , as is says on the slide I am David Rutter from TBA Finance and I raise finance for business that are looking to grow. I am going to run through a couple of the funding solutions that are available and how they work so that hopefully you will have a clearer picture of what I do and hopefully identify possible opportunities to refer work.
- So who am I. Football Pools Collector for those of you who are old enough to remember when Littlewoods existed, collect cash pass over the predictions and get paid for doing so. When I was at Lloyds Bowmaker I was also involved in getting back the cars and vans that custmers did not pay for, whether the client liked it or not.
- People have great ideas but often don’t have the cash to proceed and cannot see how the can bring products into the UK. As you need to ship in volume to make it worthwhile. A quick example is where PPE was required and we assisted a client in providing a £300,000 facility to allow them to bring PPE into the UK from China. The goods where already sold to the NHS but the client did not have sufficient cash to get the good released and this is where trade finance helped.
