Description : A web-based application in which user can post article on various
categories, which is register under the application. Viewer can view the article and read it
under the various categories and comment on it. Blogger can manage all the article which
he posted previously and saw all comments on his article. A system can provide
interface between blogger and viewer. Application can manage all the information related
to blogger, viewer and article under various categories.
