2. Project Description:
 Massnahemen is an Idea Management portal where the user logs his/her idea which helps
others. About 3 lakh measures (ideas) have been logged since the application is built.
 This portal is developed for interaction of several plants and branches within the VW so that
they have an interaction with certain ideas which can be reused or re-implemented.
 It divides various levels of management and also uses Web-Seal for authentication. It enables
the user to generate high end graphical reports which are easy to understand.
Responsibilities:
 Enhancing the application with new feature or improvements, according to client’s request.
 Learning new technologies and adapting to work with them to build an entirely new module in
the application for the user.
 The task involves GUI as well as DB changes which are challenging but enthusiastic to work
with such a huge structure application and DB mapping.
