Motivational Factors:
To decrease the demand in the complexity of planning and to enhance
and secure fluent logistics at all times
To simplify the overall management of the various projects within the
region into three confined areas and project boundaries
To have better control and coordination over the reporting
structures, movement of personnel, materials and equipment
To identify the availability and utilization of specific resources within
specific areas
To optimize the use of all available resources in the region when and
where needed, including “crossboundry” activities
