This document describes a new type of artificial neural network called SHARP (Systolic Hebb Agnostic Resonance Perceptron) that is inspired by the neocortex and implemented using low-cost CPLD hardware. It aims to achieve maximum performance through virtual parallelism, modularity, and matchless synaptic storage capacity while requiring zero arithmetic.
