3. On the occasion of the Golden Jubilee of REC/NIT Calicut, UAE Chapter of NITC Alumni is organizing an International Alumni Meet “SUVARNA RAGAM 2011” from February 3rd to5th,2011 in Dubai. The main function is on February 4th at the JSS International School Auditorium, Al Barsha South, Dubai, UAE. It is a mega family event where more than 100 Alumni from the GCC Countries, India & other parts of the world will meet more than 400 Alumni from UAE to reminisce, network, update and reconnect. It will be a huge gathering of more than 600 alumni & family. The main focus of the event is to promote close co-ordination between various NITC Alumni Chapters around the world and to work closely with our Alma Mater for mutual benefit.
4. The main attraction of the event will be the presence of our respected Principals, teachers and other REC favourites amongst us. Also, we have planned a lot of fun & entertainment activities, including Desert Safari.

Release of Suvarna Ragam Souvenir Round Table Discussions SWOT Analysis on “Indian Engineers in Global Industry” Art & Photography Exhibition of talented UAE Alumni Games & Entertainment Zone for Kids & Family Dance Programme by UAE Alumni Kids & Family Musical Extravaganza by UAE Alumni/Family led by Dr. Suresh Manimala. Orchestra by Radio Asia.
