This document discusses a survey software called Survey Server that uses open source protocols and is available through an app called SurveyTablet. Survey Server was founded by three organizations, ISIZ, NEBU, and Jamoo Design, and its source code and protocols are available online at www.surveystandard.org and www.surveytablet.org.
