The Ministry of External Affairs of Sri Lanka has agreed to be a non-financial partner for the 2nd Asia Energy Security Summit taking place in Colombo, Sri Lanka from February 29 to March 01, 2012. The letter informs Mr. Herry Dhaul of the Independent Power Producers Association of India that both the Ministry of External Affairs and Ministry of Power and Energy of Sri Lanka will partner with the summit in a non-financial capacity. The Ministry of External Affairs looks forward to collaborating on the summit.
