to Finance & Accounting, Use of Technological advancements in supply
chain management and more.
•MODULE 4: GROWING focuses on business growth, and contains the key
business improvement tools. Topics include:
The important of sustainable growth, financial ratios related to supply chain’s
performance, management, Bench Marking and Best Practices, An overview
of Just-In-Time (JIT), Lean, Six Sigma, Theory Of Constraints, Role of Leadership
in Change and Transformation and more. A Case Study example presents
the opportunity to practice some of the core concepts.

• Course duration is six months. However, you can complete it sooner by
devoting more time. You may sign up for a CISCOM cohort as
announced on our website or review the course on a self-paced basis.
• Access to your account: You will get access to BRASI’s online learning
portal upon signing up for the course.
• Course Navigation Video: A video tour is available at the beginning of
the course, to familiarize with the course components and workflow.
• Student Guide PDF: This booklet contains the guidelines, steps and
recommended schedule for completing the course.
• Exercises and example: Where necessary, examples and templates are
provided to explain the concepts and calculations. You may use these
templates at work, with modifications as needed.
• Assignments: Assignments are provided to help practice the examples
and exercises. Submitting the assignments is optional, however, those
submitted are reviewed by an instructor and feedback is provided.

• Quizzes: Interactive quizzes help reinforce and learning and provide
instant feedback. Quizzes are not graded for the final passing score.
• Cumulative Quiz for exam practice: A comprehensive quiz is offered
towards the end to help prepare for the final test.
• CISCOM Exam is offered once every month, and you can book yours
through the link provide in the course, once you have completed your
course review.
• The exam his conducted online and is proctored. It as 120 multiple choice
questions, time allowed is three hours and passing score is 70%. In case of
an unsuccessful first attempt, a retake is allowed at no additional cost.
• Certificate Award: Result is displayed instantly upon submitting the exam.
CISCOM certificate is uploaded when passing score is achieved. Each
certificate carries a unique ID and is valid for life.
