Phase 1 Benefits Free content  (paid mobile video service would require work by the service provider) Watch same content on TV and mobile device Not synchronized between TV and mobile, but searchable  Technical Details Minimal integration, fastest time to implement No direct service integration, but adds a path from existing VOD content store to the Vidiator encoders.  Then Vidiator systems run in parallel to IPTV systems Optional Mobile Portal would provide EPG look and Feel, otherwise would use web browser to find and select content to view No software modifications needed - it's just testing
