Aims of these study:To collect adequate data, and interpret it well.To know the effective action through good processes and appropriate participation.illustrate some aspects of the simultaneous pursuit of change and understanding.evaluate a project-based training program which the unit had set up for organizational members.To achieve both action (that is, change) and research (that is, understanding).
Instruments tools using in evaluation:The interviews.Group interviews.Comparing participants and other stakeholders.Meeting with providers.Other data sources (attend  to workshop at which each of the participant teams gave a spoken presentation on their project. And used this information to refine the interpretations based on individual and group interviews.)
Study 2Interactive Whiteboard Evaluation (2000)This evaluation done by Anna Smith with MirandaNet Fellows, Boston Spa Comprehensive School . It is about establishing the interactive whiteboard in the school , the impression of using it as a technology tool and the technical problem the teacher faced .
instrumentThe aspects that the Questionnaire covered are :way to present the information .( the teacher was amazed in how it present the information . They think that it can motivate students understanding)space that it need ( It take a large space m and we have limit space in the class room)light (too much light in the room as a consequence of having no blinds making the image difficult to see)user friendlyeasy to use ( so it took  five to ten minutes to feel confident enough to use it in the classroom)setting up itPreparation Time to learn how to use it .The evaluation tool that it was used is Questionnaire .
