Dye sublimation printing involves transferring dye to white polyester fabrics using heat, allowing full-fabric prints. Screen printing layers ink on fabrics and can print on any color fabric. Dye sublimation intermixes CMYK dyes to color the whole fabric, while screen printing applies the design on top of the fabric. Dye sublimation is limited to synthetic fabrics like polyester, while screen printing can be used for both natural and synthetic materials.
