The story will be the students creating a new story of the three little pigs.

Teacher talking to students refreshing them on the story. The teacher asks if the students every
wondered what happened to the Three Little Pigs after the wolf ran away? We can make up
that story.

Students talking to teacher. Student asks, “How can we do that?”

Teacher answers the question, “Sometimes when you make up a story it’s all make believe but
sometimes we use information we know, like things that can happen in real life. First, let’s
think about what it would be like to live with two of our sisters and brothers. Do you think the
pigs got along all of the time? Do you think there was enough room for everyone? Remember
the little pig built the house all for himself.”
