advertisements, stewardship activities and crowd sourcing; successful Kickstarter campaign in 2014 for $5,000

• Personally in charge of all grant applications including narrative composition, demographical research and budget creation
• Increased grant revenue from $35,000 to $75,000 (114%) from 2012 to 2015
• Secured the orchestra’s first federally funded grant from the NEA in 2014

• Initiated, organized and managed all educational outreach activities including concerts, recitals, master classes, instrumental petting
zoos and piano donations; created the orchestra’s first in-school concert series reaching 10,000 students per year, complete with a
45-page curriculum meeting both Common Core Standards and PA Arts Standards
