Xerox Services is the world’s largest enterprise for business process outsourcing, handling hundreds of processes that help businesses and governments run
smoothly. Xerox Technology’s office equipment offers a wide range of multifunction printers for the home, office, and production-level enterprise.
• Responsible for the creation of all of the service manual illustrations
• Coordinate the technical illustration resources for the Wilsonville (Oregon), Webster (New York), and Chennai (India)
locations to ensure that deadlines are met with effective and clear illustrations
• Support the Parts Listing efforts at Wilsonville, Webster, and Chennai
• Function as the Technical Illustration Subject Matter Expert
• Over the 9+ years I worked at Xerox (both as a contractor, and as an employee) I produced or coordinated the produ-
tion of over 16,000 illustrations
