Look at yourself in the mirror. What do you

when you put your clothes on? If you are
struggling with your weight one of the first andstruggling with your weight, one of the first and
most important things you can do is to know and
be crystal clear on what it is that you DO want.

‐ What size garment do you want to wear?
‐ What do you want your arms, legs, thighs and

them cut in half or to be off of them, period?
14. And once you figure it out, WRITE IT DOWN and
in as much detail as possible! READ IT OUTin as much detail as possible! READ IT OUT
LOUD EVERY DAY and post a copy of it, along
with a photo of your dream body in a placewith a photo of your dream body, in a place
where you will see it often.

decided that Internet Marketing was something
I truly love to do. It used to be hair, but not
anymore.
So find something you love to do or that you’re
